My garden is located on my parents property , in a small town, about one hour north of Guelph.  I live a work in the city of Oakville and usually travel north on weekends and holiday to tend my gardens.  I miss a-lot of bloom , but the bonus' to having my plants north are the gardens get snow cover and I rarely lose plants.  The soil here is also better for growing plants (no clay).

I am a certified landscape / horticulturist and work in the landscape Industry.  I originally collected perennials then specialized In Iris , but soon became bored with Iris because of the short bloom season.  I then discovered daylilies and became addicted to them because of their diversity.  I bought my first daylilies at White Rose and a few other local garden centers.  About a year or two later I decided to put in a small order at Bramley Gardens.  Then I joined the Ontario Daylily Society and visited some of the members gardens.  It wasnt until I visited Gary Carlsons garden that my addiction bloomed , so I guess that I can give Gary credit for getting me Interested in Daylilies.  At first I thought that I would collect any daylilies that I could get my hands on , but I soon realized that I could not collect everything because I was running out of space.  So I thought that I would collect spiders and UFOs  and havent turned back since then.  I have around 350 daylilies and try to maintain that number by selling a few daylilies each year.  My garden can be visited on weekends.  Please call or e-mail me for directions.
