I use Photo Shop and Paint Shop for digitally restoring photographs, both programmes have some great tools, all you have to do is learn how to use them! I'm still learning after four years!
A restored ME - photo circa 1939
a 1916 photo restored & coloured
Some old photo's, like the one here, have very little definition, this results in the repaired photo looking a bit 'flat'.
One day I will work out how to put some life into a 'flat' photo!
Other photo's, like this one, just need a bit of lightning up, and an added bit of colour bringd the photo back top life.
