Digitals:
Back around the fall of 1998, a couple guys got together and made up a defining race in the world of Ayenee. Now, only around a year and a half after their creation, The Digitals are almost extinct. Only one of the original seven exist. Yes, imposters arise here and there, but no one can truly live up the legacy left by the dead six. Not even the remaining Digital, Hawk, can come close to leaving behind the shadow of honor like four of the six did. Most of the information about Digitals is classified, but I must share something with my fellow citizens to explain our race.
Digitals:
Homo Machina (Pronounced: homo Mahkeena)
Digitals are created by bombarding the cells of a human with extreme energy and inhibitors. After the cells react, they act like a giant battery and suck up the energy. Once this is done, Nano-machines are injected into the body, as the body is beginning to adjust. The Nano-machines split, replicate, and infuse themselves around the body. The human brain is conjoined with the machines just as the skin is finishing forming.
Weaknesses: Electro-Magnetic Pulse, anything to destroy the brain of the organism or long, powerful electric charges, Microwaves (to Temporarily take out the Nanomachines)
WARNING! Digitals have suffered from corruption of access of energy, The human body can only hold a certain amount of it. Destruction of body parts such as the mouth and eyes can be caused by the infections by the raw energy.
"Powers": On the contrary to public belief, Digitals were created to protect humans. So, their creators had to give them the edge over humans. Digitals cannot mess with time or alter it in any way, shape, or form. However, through the use of the Nano-machines, Digitals can alter their sense of time. By altering the speed of the Nano-machines and their nerve impulses, the Digital can seem to move at super human speeds. In complete truth, they are, but they think to be moving at normal speed and everything else is moving at the different speed. This is useful in the acts of Catching bullets, dodging punches, and jumping over oncoming traffic.
Nano-machines - The Nano-machines alter the productivity of the Digital. They alter strength, brain power, and raw power control. They are microscopic machines connected to the brain to enable super human and "impossible" acts.
Every Original Digital, Every pure blood, has three chances. Three lives to Make as much as an impact on the Humans as possible. However, During these lives, they can only feel certain human emotion and not to it's full extent. They constantly feel pain and have no sense of belonging. A sad Life it be.
