Directions: Create a one-page report on the selected US President. This paper will need to discuss their life, their achievements and any interesting facts that you might find.

 

·        Begin by doing research on the Internet gathering information from at least 2 websites.

·        Download 3 graphics that would be appropriate for insertion in to the final draft.

·        All sites used in this paper will need to be referenced.

·        This paper needs to be written in your own words and a work cited page must to be included.

 

Formatting that needs to be included in the final draft are:

 

2 or 3 columns

2 graphics

1 heading- no word art

column break

sub-headings

line spacing- single and double space

borders and shading

change in font type

change in point- No larger than 14 for body of paper

use the highlighter to highlight sub-headings

change alignment- lt., rt., Center

Bold, Underline, Italic

Bulleted list- Work Cited Page

Font Effects- like shadow, outline, etc.

Name in the footer

Change Margins to .6- Top, Bottom, Lt., Rt.
