Oh, sure, we have a Constitution that secures our rights. But, what good is it when we allow a bunch of elected and appointed officials to violate Article VI, Clauses 2 and 3. Since so many have not read the Constitution, those are the clauses that direct every ruling in any court to uphold the Constitution and, hence, the unalienable rights of the people and that every official, elected, hired, appointed, does the same.

And, yet, we have officials, perhaps 100 percent of them, at every level that haven�t any comprehension whatever of the Constitution and its intent.

We have lawmakers who violate the Constitution with every putrid law made that removes the right of free will from the people. Who the devil are these people that we allow them to rape our rights, our very liberty, and justify it in terms that only protect themselves and their quest for complete tyranny over the people of this nation.

And, then, law enforcement. Good Lord, what a joke. That is, it would be if it were happening in a badly written movie. Instead, however, it is happening right before our eyes, a police state being created and applied to the people of this nation as if we are communist China, Russia, Cuba, or Gestapo Germany. Instead of calling them �law enforcers�, they should be called something like KGB, SS, or something such as this. These people hired to protect and preserve our rights are not enforcers of the law since all violate the Constitution, the supreme law of the land.

This is, of course, not directed to all law enforcement people but we all know that most, probably 95 percent or more, violate their oaths to uphold the Constitution for the United States of America and to defend the rights of the people. Or, are they even taking oaths now to the Constitution or instead giving a pledge to deny every citizen their rights and use deadly force to enforce this?

Then, the prosecutors who must take an oath of office. Their first and primary duty is to uphold the Constitution. It is not to prosecute based on laws clearly unconstitutional. This refers to every victimless crime law on the books, whether federal (don�t apply anyway since the federal government hasn�t hardly any jurisdiction in the 50 states � remember, we the people created it to protect our rights, not to forcibly remove them using murderous groups to enforce their actions), state, or local.

And, judges. These tyrannical agents of corruption and government control really need is to be put out of their robes and their citizenship removed. When these representatives of the people (get that, Judges, �OF THE PEOPLE�) violate nearly all of the Constitution and half of the amendments to the Constitution, they are as treasonous to the rights of the people, to God and the free will He has given us all, and to the principles this nation was founded on as any government lackey that has been caught selling secrets to foreign powers. Here is the rule they are supposed to abide by and, if they don�t, they must be impeached and appropriately punished:

��SHALL BE BOUND BY OATH OR AFFIRMATION TO SUPPORT THIS CONSTITUTION; ��

Darn it, People, there isn�t any thing difficult to understand about this. All our rights can be summed up as the freedom to act in any manner we wish as long as it doesn�t interfere with another�s rights. Any judge ruling against this fact of liberty is a traitor to the people, to his robes, and to the Constitution for the United States of America.

How many thousands of rulings have there now been in which a person�s rights were decided against in order for government to extend its tyrannical intent? Nearly all of recent times (the last 63 years) have been rulings that should have resulted in judges being thrown out on their treasonous butts.

By the way, Supreme Court justices are not God. They have no power to delineate what are or are not the rights of the people. In fact, this group of people have no authority to interpret or make a ruling concerning a law or to rule against a citizen in a matter of any level of government verses a citizen. Their obligation, as is with all judges, is to uphold the Constitution, make rulings on what the Constitution states, and to always decide in favor of the citizen.

One might ask - Why is that? Well, if it comes down to the government verses a citizen in this Republic, government hasn�t any power over the citizen except as defined by the Constitution. In the case of the federal government, it hasn�t any. In case of state governments, they haven�t any. In case of political subdivisions, they haven�t any. In fact, their only power is to protect the self-evident rights of citizens of union of states. That, for God�s sake and all humanity, is the only reason these governments were even established.

How can one state this so that all understand? Although it has been said many times many ways, let me say: ALL GOVERNMENT ESTABLISHED BY THE PEOPLE IN THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS SUBSERVIENT TO THE PEOPLE. THE PEOPLE ARE SOVEREIGN AND MAY NOT BE RULED BY GOVERNMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this isn�t plain enough, no one in government has the power to order around any citizen not interfering with the rights of others. If they do so, attempt to do so, write laws to do so, use their armed enforcers to do so, use corrupted judges to make corrupted rulings, they are committing acts of war against the citizens of this nation.

This means the responsibility of the people of this nation is to ignore all such lawmaking, law enforcement, and judicial proceedings not directly related and based to one citizen violating the rights of another. It also means we must begin impeaching these treasonous bastards who want to remove free will and the sovereignty of the people.

While you write or read of those officials or representatives of the officials (gangs such as the IRS, FBI, CIA, DEA, and so on) who are violating citizens� rights, instead of just writing and reading, take action. File charges against them and if the courts don�t comply, the file charges against them. If nothing happens, then get together and put them out of office, regardless of the level of office.

Writing and reading isn�t going to change a darn thing � only action by people against the tyranny we are subjected to is going to change this country back to the country it was for a few decades after our forefathers fought and died to create it.

On a personal note, this writer, head of his army of one, does not just write and read. He has fought officials and filed lawsuits against them, cases pending. He is currently preparing to file criminal charges against specific officials of his city government and the judicial system. He is also preparing a document that clearly shows the State of Missouri has caused people to think they are responsible for such things as property tax, licensing of vehicles, and, while doing so, have violated not only the Constitution for the United States of America but, also, state statutes.

He has also grown weary of taking abuse from people who must be as dumb as rocks when it comes to their own rights. This includes the dummies elected to office. Or, does it matter to officials? By that, I mean what if their kickbacks or possibility of abated properties and other perks make up for the small amounts they pay out in unconstitutional requirements put on rights the People? Any required fee or whatever is an unlawful conversion of �right� to �privilege?� Does what they gain offset this so that they aren�t concerned with assuring the upholding of the Constitution? Hmmm.

As for citizens who knock others who are trying to assert the Constitution and that government serve its only purpose, may their souls spend eternity in that bad place all evil men (and women) supposed to go.
