The Rise of a federal covert terrorist group - The FBI

Having increasingly becoming interested in activities of the FBI, I decided to investigate this organization to see if the power it now possesses is as it was intended to be. As I studied, I kept in mind the jurisdiction of the United States Government, or simply the United States, as related to the sovereignty of the many States and, more specifically, to the sovereigns themselves, the people.

When I read the core values of the FBI from its own Internet site, I nearly puked. I just could not believe what I was reading as I correlated what was written to cases I could recall off the top of my head, including Waco, Ruby Ridge, Flights 700 and 800, the Iran-Contra affair, CIA drug dealing in LA and other drug operations by the United States, the extreme criminal and anti-American activities by the Bush family (yes, the same one the current president is part of), voter fraud by both major parties, land theft from States and individuals by government, Carnivore, and others far too numerous to name.

Check this out - - -

"The strategic plan for accomplishing the FBI's mission must begin by identifying the core values which need to be preserved and defended by the FBI in performing its statutory missions. Those values are: rigorous obedience to the Constitution of the United States; respect for the dignity of all those we protect; compassion; fairness; and uncompromising personal and institutional integrity. ... "

And,

"...Rigorous obedience to constitutional principles ensures that individually and institutionally we always remember that constitutional guarantees are more important than the outcome of any single interview, search for evidence, or investigation. ... Fairness and compassion ensure that we treat everyone with the highest regard for constitution, civil and human rights."

And, ended with...

"We who enforce the law must not merely obey it. We have an obligation to set a moral example which those whom we protect can follow. ... these core values are the fiber which holds together the vitality of our institution."

The above was written by Louis J. Freeh, the Director of the FBI, the leader of one of the most constitution ignoring, crime committing, anti-civil rights organizations to ever exist on the face of this good Earth. Based on it activities and actions taken agianst citizens of the 50 States, the FBI has become a warrior group dead set on removing all rights from the People with it being the strong arm of what one may only deem the Gestapo Department of the federal government. This alleged law enforcement group has become one of the most, if not the most, subversive group undermining the Constitution of the united States that exists.

Originally, the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) was known as the Bureau of Investigation (BOI). Because it is a federal bureau, it actually hasnt any jurisdiction over the people or the States they live in. It is federal and jurisdiction is only over the District of Columbia, possessions, States of the United States (Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Republic of Puerto Rico) and other federal enclaves, including ports of entry (if jurisdiction was ceded by the State the federal enclave is in), federal buildings, the high seas, and other property ceded or sold by one of the 50 States of the United States (prividing jurisdiction was also ceded by the State in question).

Remember, the United States has near plenary, totalitarian control over its areas of jurisdiction. It may make any law it wishes and establish any organization it wishes to investigate and/or enforce the laws established with the above designated areas. But, that authority does not extend into the 50 States because of the facts that the people of the 50 States (and, hence, the States) are sovereign to the United States Government and not within its jurisdiction as specified in Article I, Section 8, clauses 17 and 18.

Exactly what crimes can the federal government define and investigate - that is, by the Constitution? Well, it can investigate Treason by federal officials, crimes on the high seas and other maritime violations, and sneaking in immigrants and goods since it does have control over immigration and importing (so it doesnt miss the taxes placed on the imported goods). It can investigate any act the federal government deems a crime within its jurisdiction - but not in the 50 States. It may only do so in the areas mentioned above as it has absolutely no constitutional authority to operate freely as a national police force in the 50 States.

Thus, for the most part, the FBIs expansion into the states has been done by corrupt leadership twisting federal law to include the States. Originally, the BOI was responsible for investigating crimes falling into the categories of antitrust, interstate train robberies, copyright violations, land fraud, neutrality violations, peonage, crimes on the high seas, forgery, and crimes on government reservations, all (I think) of which are in the realm of federal jurisdiction. I dont know what the devil neutrality and peonage violations are but the others would seem to be okay except maybe forgery (unless it involved counterfeit money or US corporation forgery).

But, does it have the authority and jurisdiction to investigate what people in the 50 States are using which drugs? This is a no-brainer to say the least. The answer is "No!" Why? Because it is unconstitutional to tell people in the many States what drugs they may grow, buy, and use as the 50 States are outside of federally controlled geographic areas designated in its jurisdiction by the Constitution. The laws themselves are null and void due to being unconstitutional and not within the power of the federal government to legislate unless the drug is imported and has an excise (duty) tax placed on it. (Once this tax is paid, the drug is not longer in the jurisdiction of the federal government unless it is distributed through interstate commerce. Once again, this provides only that an tax be placed on it, not prohibition.)

Does the FBI have the power to investigate firearms and who has them, including how many, what kind, how much ammo, and so on? Well, the answer to that is quite simple as well. Except for the tax placed on imported arms, a one-time tax I might add, the government has nothing else to investigate. It is absolutely none of its business (or the federal government's or any State's business) to know what firearms any citizen of the 50 States may own as it is not within the powers of the United States to dictate what firearms may be owned by citizens of the united States of America. THE 50 STATES SIMPLY DO NOT FALL IN THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OR ANY AGENCY/DEPARTMENT/BUREAU THEREOF.

Does the FBI have the authority to monitor this as I write it - or the emails you send - or any of your activities whether they are against the federal government or not? NO!! If you are dissatisfied with government as it exists, you have the constitutional right to speak your mind and to take any actions to work toward any solution you deem necessary, whether it be merely to write or to take action against the government when it does not stay within the dictates of the Constitution for the United States of America. In fact, the US Government can be replaced completely if the People want to do so.

Does the FBI have the right to investigate any debts you might have, or your savings accounts, or your basic, everyday banking practices? Not unless you have been alleged to have committed a crime with a valid search warrant issued by a competent court based on enough evidence to warrant the search into your private affairs potentially in violation of banking/trust laws.

Nor does it have any constitutional power to film you as you shop or watch a ball game. I dont give a darn how many alleged criminals are caught by filming the population at large. After all, there are easily 400,000 people imprisoned every year for under color of law violations with the current percentage incarcerated under unconstitutional violations being 65 percent (65%) of the total. What I am getting at is most convictions and incarcerations are unlawful to begin with and fail to provide proper redress to the victim (presuming there is a victim and not just another color of law arrest and conviction). Filming is just to establish a face-recognition database on all citizens depriving those citizens of their rights of privacy and giving the feds additional information used to track citizens in their ordinary activities.

The truth is that what this extremely subversive bureau is doing is accummulating files on each of us in violation of the Constitution, providing we are not involved in one of the activities listed above, such as treason, mail fraud, and so on. The government hasnt any business keeping a file on any person exercising his rights and not interfering with the rights of others, not even because one dissents with the lawlessness exhibited by government. And, it is certainly lawlessness as nearly every Right of Man has been adversely affected, if not wiped out totally, by this bureau of less than honorable people expanded by corrupt government officials and those unseen dozen or so world bankers who control the officials.

It seems that cases one reads of the FBI involve covering up illegal actions by the federal government, including illegal raids and confiscations on and of private property of citizens of the 50 States, illegal monitoring and recording of citizens private communiqus, whether by phone, verbally (yeah, they have super snoopers, too), satellite surveillance, Internet monitoring, filming to get your face on file, and harmful and/or life threatening attacks, just to name a few. All of the Big Brother techniques employed by the FBI are unconstitutional except in very limited cases listed above.

Thus, the organization protects unconstitutional acts by government while terrorizing people under the guise of fighting crime and drugs. It protects those who feed it its money and power regardless of what it takes to protect its benefactors, whether murder, imprisonment, defamation of character, false testimony, fabricated evidence, altered evidence, and changing of written records.

Is this "...rigorous obedience to the Constitution of the United States; respect for the dignity of all those we protect; compassion; fairness; and uncompromising personal and institutional integrity."? I think not.

I think the FBI is as out-of-control a group as exists, surpassed only by the United States Government as a whole. When confronted it uses the most sickening of excuses, National Security, as its defense. National security, my butt. It, and its employer, the federal government, could care less about the security of the people and the States. It is concerned only about the security of the United States Government and protecting its unlawful intrusions in the 50 States.

That, Folks, is how it is. The FBI, as happens with nearly every bureau and valid agency established for federal jurisdiction, is more like a marauding madman driven to violating as many rights of as many people as possible instead of a group striving for this high-minded fantasy: "... Fairness and compassion ensure that we treat everyone with the highest regard for constitution, civil and human rights." (Freeh above)

The people way back there in 1908 who feared a government police force of this nature were right to be afraid.

Just how right they never knew.

Addendum (September 2, 2001):

Since this was written, it has come out that the FBI has lost files, recorded information incorrectly, that employees often decide what to keep in files based on their own individual discretion, covered up pertinent facts, fabricated evidence, and basically shown itself to be completely inept at accuracy and, therefore, incompetent.
