The blight that consumes and destroys

It seems to this writer that everything government does, whether the government be the federal, or of a state, or a political subdivisions officials, is in violation to the Constitution for the United States of America, which is to say, repugnant to the rights of Man.

The attitude of those elected to protect and preserve rights seems to best be described by this apparent brain-dead uttering from a member of Congress There is only one constitutional right in the United States which is absolute and that is your right to believe anything you want. Senator Sheila Kuehl

Normally, this writer is a gentleman and treats most women as if they are on a pedestal. And, a few years ago he had a modem of respect for people in government. But, this woman could quickly change his belief into that most are the devil incarnate. Kuehl certainly fills the bill. She is the epitome of the type of person in government we absolutely do NOT need. In fact, this writer is now wondering why this womans direct constituency isnt working feverishly to put her out of office as he writes.

The problem is, though, it is her attitude that prevails. People who are elected or appointed to government assume the role of monarchs or of God. Rights are not considered when legislating even though the concern for the rights of the individual should be their first concern.

But, since it isnt their first concern or their second or their third it is obvious the truth is that they arent concerned because they know they will keep their rights. In fact, they will have rights far in excess of those of the rest of the citizens.

Not only will the rights of Man we are all supposed to have remain with them, they will also, with impunity, strip us of our rights. These legislators from hell, with the evil intent of the devil himself, will destroy lives, rob people of their earnings and property, break up families, destroy proper education of the masses, disrupt normal effective commerce, destroy spiritual faith, disrupt the normal evolution of Man, conduct murder in mass or singly of those who oppose them, induce wars to suit financial ends for themselves and their wealthy backers, conduct deceits which make them rich (including such farces as the so-called war against drugs), lie out their butts concerning for the children, and all the while lining their coffers with their ill-gotten gains.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this writer has said it before and he will say it again. At least 95 percent, if not 99.9 percent, of all laws on the books are violations of the rights of Man. We have allowed government, all levels, to make laws that should not be, and would not be, had we not believed their deceits and paid attention to our duty. Any law that violates a self-evident right is not a law and should be ignored for being null and void.

The writer didnt say this first by any means -

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statue, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed ...

Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection and justifies no acts performed under it ;;; No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it. (16 Am Jur 2nd Ed., Section 256, p 177)

"If the State converts a right into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right with immunity. Shuttlesworth v. City of Birmingham, Alabama.

All laws, rules and practices which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void. Marbury v. Madison, 5th US (2 Cranch) 137, 180

Courts have no power to rewrite legislative enactments to give effect to their ideas of policy and fitness or the desirability of symmetry in statutes. Busse v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue., 479 F2d 1143

It is the duty of the courts to be watchful for the Constitutional rights of the citizen and against any stealthy encroachments thereon. Boyd v. United States, 116 U.S. 616, 635

The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited. He owes no duty to the state or to his neighbors to divulge his business, or to open his doors to an investigation, so far as it may tend to criminate him. He owes no such duty to the state, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land long antecedent to the organization of the state, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights. Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 (1906)

Pages could be filled with rulings but this is enough to show those in government ignore proper rulings and lawmaking rules. Then, feeding the blight of these carnivores are the judges who judge not as in justice demanded by the common laws and fairness of and to Man but, instead, in support of those who help them keep their powerful positions.

And, each is a criminal when he does so. Each judge making any judgment other than based on the rights of Man is just as much, and often moreso, of a criminal than those who stand before him.

In fact, nearly all that stand before any judge do so because of an alleged violation based on under color of law regulations. In other words, the citizen is being tried in a victimless crime scenario and, in truth, a situation that shouldnt even exist except for the fact we citizens have let people such as Kuehl and dozens of dozens of others just like her get into positions of power. Convicting him is a crime while his transgression was not.

Then we people permit judges who wouldnt know a constitutional ruling if one bit them on the butt to keep their positions. When are we going to learn?

The writer was reading earlier about anti-trust laws being unconstitutional. Well, of course, they are. Any law made which interferes with the property rights of even one person who is not causing another physical harm or interfering with any right is unconstitutional. The question is, though, what can be done? How do we get rid of the blight rid ourselves of people such as Kuehl who seem to have the sense of a rock. How do we do away with laws that interfere in and affect our lives, our liberty, when such laws shouldnt exist?

We can begin by setting a date and then every citizen rip the plates off his autos and trucks that are privately used, cancel the fraudulent requirement of liability insurance on vehicles, rip up drivers licenses, remove any so-called city permit to drive (city sticker), refuse to pay any form of tax that is directly on earnings and property (indirect means such as sales tax is okay since all share the burden), peacefully assemble as we wish without the permission of some elected clods to office, conduct business without a license, and ignore any other obviously unconstitutional laws meant only to steal our money and establish control.

And, then go to court, demand a jury, and have enough people to inform the juries of jury nullification. Force the firing of any prosecutor who indicts or whatever for under color of law violations. File criminal charges against any judge who tries to bias a jury or affect a jurys decision. File lawsuits against any group of officials who have been guilty of conspiracy to deprive of rights.

Or, every last person refuse to go to court since in fact there wasnt a violation of a valid law. If not a valid law, then no citizen can be tried in his own court, especially since there isn't a citizen victim.

If you get fined because of a judge ordering a conviction by the jury (unconstitutionally, of course), dont pay it. Go to jail instead. Overload the jails until no more can be forced in. And, then work together to take proper actions against the officials responsible.

In other words, use what we have to force these people into compliance. Force people such as the Kuehl and all like her back into whatever dim recesses of this nation of states she came from. Do not take any guff from court clerks, judges, law enforcement, prosecutors, or any other officials. Take action properly defined by what is lawful.

FORCE them to obey their oaths of office.

FORCE them to repeal and get rid of all laws that are repugnant to the rights of Man that is, our rights.

FORCE them to comply with common law, the foundation of this union of states.

FORCE them to tell the truth concerning the frauds that have been committed, including but not exclusive of, firearm laws, the IRS, the Federal Reserve System, our money not being money at all, what the National Security Agency actually protects, the truth of the BATF and its tie to the IRS, the DEA and its money-making activities for the government, underhanded CIA operations, the FBI and its actual jurisdiction, and so on.

To put it simply, force these clods into compliance to the rights of Man by causing them to fear for their cushy jobs. Perhaps this might seem kind of radical at first but is it? Government now does it to us. It takes our earnings, our property, our children, our privacy, and so on at the point of weapons carried by those who are paid to protect our rights, not violate them, and through coercion based on unlawful imprisonments and the like.

We can write and read about the corruption in government until Hell freezes over but unless we take action against officials robbing us of everything we should hold dear, nothing will change. Except one day, armed government terrorists will stand at every street corner itching to check your papers and find (hope) you dont have them on you. Fair game shoot away.

You will be a slave to these people and this is all people such as Kuehl want. Get rid of the blight that is consuming us and destroying our nation. Perhaps her constituency will begin with her. But, this writer wont hold his breath since Congress is full of felons, anyway. Or, as McCain said of himself and others in Congress - "We are all corrupt."

Perhaps, just perhaps, it is time to stop the blight of corruption - - or be completely consumed by it.
