Schulz Support Letter to Senators and Representative

"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."

Unless Congress and the IRS fears the truth, give a public televised hearing with Bob Schulz and others questioning the IRS and making this "bureau" of Puerto Rico defend its actions against the sovereign (the sovereigns are the people, not the government) people.

To uphold the Constitution means just that and, to be quite frank, thousands of people now numbering into the millions are getting rather sick and tired of corruption in government seized courts that have been deciding against citizens when the laws are clear, that no citizen of the 50 states with domestic earnings only is made liable for a federal tax, whether the 16th Amendment was ratified or not. If you check, you will find that Article I, Section 9, Clause 4 was never repealed, nor amended lawfully.

You will also find in the code that "State" in Chapter 1 (tax imposed) means the District of Columbia, NOT the 50 states (26 USC, Chapter 79, section 7701(a)10.

The fraud of the Federal Reserve/IRS system needs to end with the US Government getting its financing from excise tax and other indirect tax on imports and the like, not from the hard-earned money of citizens who owe government nothing.

The first amendment gives any citizen the right to petition Congress. I now do so in order that Bob Schulz and the American people get the hearing they deserve. The only reason it is being denied is logically and practically because there is not defense for the theft of citizens' money and property by a government thoroughly ignoring the foundations this nation was founded on.

Give him his hearing. Not only is it right, it is the honorable thing to do. Or, has honor died along with morals and ethics in government?
