According to The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language (4th
Ed., 2000), liberty means: 1. a. The condition of being free from restriction or control. b. The right and power to act, believe, or express oneself in a manner of ones own choosing. c. The condition of being physically and legally free from confinement, servitude, or forced labor. See Freedom 2. Freedom from unjust or undue governmental control. 3. A right or immunity to engage in certain actions without control or interference: the liberties protected by the Bill of Rights.
Are these meaning what the framers of the Constitution of the United States of
America had in mind? Or did they mean being free from restriction or control
only if the government allows it? Or, citizens may have the power to act,
believe, or express oneself only in a manner deemed proper by government. Or,
being free from servitude or forced labor only if government doesnt want forced
servitude and labor? Or, the right or immunity to engage without control or
interference only to the extent allowed by government, that the Bill of Rights
does not apply unless the government wants it to?
All these questions need no further consideration than this ~ If this is what the framers of the Constitution intended, then why risk their lives and fortunes in writing and making into law the Constitution and its first ten amendments, known as the Bill of Rights?
Add to this the wiser men in government then a century later adding an
additional amendment concerning the unlawfulness of involuntary servitude
(13th Amendment) and another, the 14th, giving the same protection to those
who are not natural born by right citizens of the United States of America.
Does it take a Supreme Court decision to determine the answers? Isnt it
obvious that if the Supreme Court is involved, then rights have already been
violated and the government is merely seeking support, however evil, that it is
doing a lawful action. And, further, that the only way in which the Courts
support of government can be done is by ruling against the Constitution of the
United States?
Our founders knew exactly what they intended regardless of all the warping and
ignoring of the Constitution we have witnessed for many generations. They
intended fully that each and every citizen be sovereign free of government
control, that control is actually established by the people not wishing to have
their individual infringed upon and, thereby, behaving so as to not infringe upon the rights of others. EACH IS FREE TO CHOOSE HIS OWN PATH.
The true and only purpose of government is to protect the individual and his
rights, whether it be against a foreign aggressor or a domestic aggressor. Any
person, organization, or body of government that infringes upon the rights of
even one sovereign - that is - one citizen - is an aggressor against the principles this nation was founded on.
The government, regardless of level, has failed in its chief design when it fails to protect the rights of the individual laid down in principles of liberty and freedom well established in the last 6000 years of human social development.
Justice is generally taken as meaning what is fair. The American Heritage
Dictionary defines it well within this meaning. It means according to this source: 1. The quality of being just; fairness. 2. a. The principle of moral rightness; equity. b. Conformity to moral rightness in action or attitude; righteousness. 3. a. The upholding of what is just, especially fair treatment and due reward in accordance with honor, standards, or law. 4. Conformity to truth, fact, or sound reason:
Notice the inclusion of morality. There is a reason for this. Being moral means to behave within the judgment of goodness, teaching or exhibiting goodness or correctness of character and behavior, conforming to standards of what is right or just in behavior, being virtuous with actions arising from conscience and the sense of right over wrong. All of these are characteristics exhibited by a moral and just individual.
Whether the current batch of people in all levels of government know it or not -
and apparently most do not - morality and the sense of what is right are the
guides for proper human behavior. If one has a good sense of right and
behaves as a moral person, he seldom does what is wrong. If he does not have
a conscience developed around the sense of being right and morally correct, he
will behave as if evil controls him.
Currently, we have as a leader of government a person (I cannot by any stretch
of the imagination accuse that guy as being anything more than a male human
being) who has exhibited every characteristic of being immoral, unethical, and a
violator of laws made by our Creator. This guy is mentioned only because it is
those who are in government who wanted him as president for whatever selfish
reasons they had within each of them. Now, he represents them as the selected
conveyor of their underlying attitudes and have shown their belief that being a
coke-head and drunken incompetent is okay by them. But he will never
represent the American concept of liberty and righteousness.
Clearly, government was instituted only to protect to the rights of the sovereign. When we have those in government who do not protect the rights of the
sovereign, that do not obey the laws of God as laid down by the Constitution and
the rights of the individual to make his own decisions, then one has a morally
bankrupt government intent only on doing evil against the sovereigns. And the
guy put in the oval office certainly has shown in his history that he is not only morally bankrupt but unethical in his dealings with his fellow man.
Thus, this is the make-up of a government that must impose by force its sense of
morality on the sovereigns, and, since its sense of right and wrong is indicated to be more wrong than right regardless of their rhetoric to the contrary, then the evil of men intent on controlling out of existence the unalienable rights of other men emerges to dominate what is righteous.
To be effective, this kind of government must remove all sense of goodness, all
sense of right, all sense of justice, and, hence, liberty from the masses. It must remove unalienable rights to be replaced by privilege, license, and other
indicators of being given permission by the boss to do certain acts. The very
foundation this nation was founded on must be destroyed by such a government
with its replacement being a government likened to that which this nation freed
itself from, a tyranny controlled by few, none of which had a moral bone in their bodies.
Freedom to choose is removed while justice revolves around judges and courts
determining what is or is not justice. But, the original intent was that justice revolves around whether one individual interfered with the unalienable,
self-evident rights of another as given him by his Creator, not by men.
Therefore, justice cannot be determined by courts and men based on manmade
laws but only by each individuals sense of right and wrong. If all men agree that ones rights have been infringed upon, that a wrong against another has been committed, then justice has been served.
Justice and law were long established prior to our break from the tyranny of the
England and the writing of the many legislators in the past two centuries. In fact, there have been few laws since the framers were killed or died naturally,
concerned with the primary purpose of government, that of protecting the
unalienable, self-evident rights of each person.
The fact is legislators have the mistaken concept that their job is to make
additional laws. That is simply not true. Their job is to support the unalienable, self-evident rights secured by the Constitution. It doesnt take additional laws to accomplish this - it only takes the Constitution, the law established through it and the amendments to the Constitution, and common law courts.
It takes a government that understands the Constitution and the rights of man.
Any act against even the rights of one person is unconstitutional and an act of
aggression against the person and this nation of states. Why is it so difficult to understand that protecting the rights of the one protects the rights of the many and that is how it is supposed to be? Or do I presume intelligence in those elected to office to serve the public where in fact there is none?
Government does as it wants with impunity because not only do the people in
government not understand the Constitution and the unalienable rights of Man,
neither do the people. Blame this, in part, on public education and the lack of
understanding the English language.
And, in part, on a fabricated, unconstitutional system set up through fictions to protect unlawful legal garbage created by attorneys, courts, and the tyrants now filling all levels of government, including the government of your community. Especially sickening are those extremely ignorant so-called experts, many of whom are attorneys protecting their unjust incomes and incompetent reasoning, who give the Constitution meanings it does not have and read the law to mean what they want, not necessary what it means.
Until we force justice from those in government, beginning with courts that are
bound by the Constitution to rule only in favor of the rights of the individual and against unconstitutional government intrusions on those rights, then we can kiss liberty goodbye. Liberty cannot, and will not, exist until justice for all has once again been established with every lousy, liberty-stealing law and ruling created by wannabe Hitlers stricken from the books and stuffed appropriately where they belong - in File 13. Or, there abouts.
This is our nation. It is a nation founded on righteousness, a nation founded to defend the liberty of all people within the states making up the union. Let us not continue to allow any level of government to steal this from us. It is not only our right, but our duty to do so.
Let us start with those we can reach and control easily, the people filling local governments and courts, along with unconstitutional statutes or ordinances
which are filling our courts (and prisons) with prosecutions of victimless crimes. Remember, if there is no victim, the law is unconstitutional with the person being prosecuted and/or convicted becoming the victim of under color of law procedures.
Rid ourselves of those in government who believe otherwise and we will be back on the road laid out so nicely by our founders. Fail to do so, however, and become part, or stay part, of creating Hell on Earth.
A simple choice, Folks, but not one to be taken lightly. The destiny of the Rights of Man are on the scale being weighed against the evils of tyranny. And, at the present, the scales are weighted in favor of the evils of tyranny.
Only you - and you - and you - can change it.
