The fact is that if the people of this nation allow the federal government to deny these families the water guaranteed them by God, the end to liberty is upon us. We will not be a country housing the free but will be more oppressed than any peoples on Earth have ever been.
When families are denied the life-giving liquid by a corrupted government, then it is time that the government be done away with, whether peacefully or through force, and a new government of the people, by the people, and for the people established in support of God-given rights be established once and for all with constant vigilance of those elected to serve the public and to assure protection of those rights.
If it were another country doing what the federal government is doing, and has done to hundreds of Americans and their families, we would be up in arms to repel the invaders. Why should it be any different when the US Government, a separate entity established only to preserve our rights and shores, does the same? Is it not tantamount to an invasion by armed forces directed to placing all people of the conquered in servitude to the invader?
We must not allow another Waco or Ruby Ridge. We must not allow these families to be displaced and their lands taken by a government that few could even describe the fish, let alone express the importance of the fish over the citizens of Klamath Falls.
Who the hell are they, those in government, trying to kid? This is one of the tests to see if the people let the feds get by with it. If we do, then the feds will take the next step in world servitude to a few extremely greedy, evil people. That, of course, will be forced firearm confiscation and a take-over of all property instead of stealing it through unlawful and criminally applied taxes. On that day, we will grieve the loss of life in the millions and the loss of what remained of liberty and freedom.
This writer now understands the degree of frustration and anger that caused a few extremely brave men to cut themselves off from the most powerful country on Earth at the time, to write the Declaration of Independence, and then lay their lives on the line to enforce the separation from England.
Whether the ordinary person knows it or not, we are now more oppressed because of our lack of vigilance than the colonists ever were by England. We have far more grievances and, although the writer cant support this in fact, quite possibly have had more people killed by government through its under color of law enforcers than the colonists did. We are taxed more heavily and our privacies are raided to a greater extent. In fact, if the government wants to know, it can track your trips to the bathroom and probably tell whether it was for number 1 or number 2.
It may watch you as you make love or listen in to your personal and private conversations. It may check your mail, track your spending, force licensing upon you when none is required since rights cannot be converted to privilege.
It will tell you if you can engage in business, how to conduct your business, tax you on your business, deny your labor and talents are your own, and put you out of business should you do anything it doesnt like.
The writer doesnt have much but he has sent to the people in Klamath Falls all he can afford. He wishes it could be a great deal more but he has his own battles going against a bunch of idiots elected to local government who happen to have wannabe Hitler attitudes. He must conserve as much as possible to put these clods out of business forever.
Furthermore, if it appears Klamath Falls is going to escalate to another Waco, then he will use what funds he has to go and do his part in defending the Constitution for the United States of America. He thought he had done his part between the ages of 17 and 21 but it appears this is a real threat and not the government manufactured threat against liberty he volunteered to fight for in 1963.
Of course, at his age and health, and against one of the most powerful armies on this planet made up of the US Military, FBI, Forest Service, CIA, IRS, DEA, all the other armed and trained to kill government agents or hired government hitmen, and those foreign troops the US Government has been training to take over towns and cities, it is not likely he will return. But, better that than allowing the feds to steal by attacking American citizens on American soil another time.
Perhaps with the Internet coverage Klamath is receiving, the federal government will not be able to tell the lies it told during Waco, Ruby Ridge, raids upon peoples homes supposedly based on winning the drug and income tax war, the pseudo war against crime, cover-ups such as Kennedy, King, Flights 700 and 800, Area 51 and other secret bases, covering for degenerate Washington politicians (both major parties, not just Clinton but nearly all), releasing information to the public that is as false as a 3 dollar bill, and making deals with a private bank which has taken most of our liberty. But, it is most adept at lying. Too bad it isnt as concerned with the truth.
Folks, the government must be made to consider human life as far more valuable than a few fish. Not that other species arent important but they certainly arent as important as even one human life. And this writer doesnt give a damn if it is millions of fish verses the one human life. He is a biologist and loves animals but he loves people more and he certainly loves the liberties this nation was founded on. As he has watched those liberties fade into non-existence, when elected officials who basically cant tell their you know what from a hole in the ground has the assumed authority to deprive him of his rights, his life has increasingly been committed to liberty.
Please, if at all possible, donate to the *Klamath Relief Fund and do everything humanly possible to force your representatives in Congress, that is, your representative proper and senators from your state, to do what the Constitution requires for a change. Do not give an alternative. Either the federal government, your elected defenders of human rights, gives the people in Klamath Falls their water or every member of Congress will be impeached and, hopefully, tried and punished for treason and a few other high crimes.
It is our right it is our power. As Clinton once said, this is our (meaning the peoples) country, not theirs (the government). He also said that if the people dont like what is being done, to change it. So did our forefathers. And they did so. Are we less than they? Are we so spineless we allow a few extremely rich people to continue stealing our God-given rights, to place us all in servitude to a government established only to protect those rights?
For this writer, Klamath Falls is likely to be the straw that broke the camels back. Although he would like to believe we can recapture our liberty as it was intended by impeaching and charging judges and public officials with the crimes they have committed, he increasingly believes this is not possible because of the attitude of people of not getting involved and/or their fear of doing so.
The vote will not accomplish it. This is well proved by the past results of the vote. Only the most drastic of measures will accomplish it a complete replacement of government with people having only specific goals to rid ourselves of the NOW seekers, the CFR, IMF, United Nations supporters, the Federal Reserve and the fiat (false) money system, and the repeal of all laws (or merely rules) which deprive citizens of their rights.
Either stand up for America or commit yourself to the communistic state your elected officials have created. Your support of, or lack of support, for the families in Klamath Falls will define you as a citizen of the United States of America or merely a slave in servitude to government and denouncing the very principles this nation was founded on.
Your choice, People, either an American in every positive sense of the concept or an enemy of God-given rights. This is the bottom line for Liberty.
