After watching the last 30 minutes or so of a movie named �Impulse�, the utter unlawful atrocities the government gets away with flooded to the surface with shocking clarity. The reason the flood occurred, along with the fact I have been studying actual laws, was that it was obvious the movie was based on a toxic spill affecting people to the degree they could no longer control their basic aggressive behaviors. The result was people began attacking each other, destroying property, or doing whatever on impulse (hence, the name).

What I didn�t know was that it was a story based on a possible cover-up by the government. I didn't find this out until the statement at the end concerning the government denying any knowledge of or the reason for the simultaneous deaths in of 900 people in a small town. The cause was probably cyanide gas released as a crop duster releases his poisons to kill unwanted pests on plants. Wish I had seen the whole movie and, if available, I am going to rent it.

Now, I don�t know whether or not the statements at the end meant the movie was a sort of docu-drama or were merely fictional statements such as those the government uses to cover up its unlawful actions against Citizens. But, then, it really doesn�t matter since the government has been, and is, involved in dozens, perhaps hundreds, maybe even thousands of cover-ups, from the injection of polluted polio vaccine to 90 million Americans in the late 50�s and early 60�s (including yours truly and his three brothers), to out and out murder including those at Waco, to drug dealing in LA (and no doubt other areas), testing of different chemical and biological agents on the people of this country, the development and spread of the AIDS virus and (gosh, I would like to know all the government knows about this) to their knowledge of UFOs to name a few.

Congress is corrupted, courts are corrupted, the military is led by corrupted leaders, and law enforcement from the deadliest SWAT teams (including the FBI and its drug organization known as the DEA, to the most ineffective (based on actual crime reports), DC traffic cops, is corrupted. The corruption is so extensive that the one certainty is if the federal government says something is or isn�t so, the odds are 99.9 percent certain that whatever is said is the opposite of what actually occurred or the facts.

But, it doesn�t stop with the federal government and legions of liberty-stealing lackeys. State governments take federal techniques and apply them against their own citizens. They use the processes set up through the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, the 16th Amendment, the 1933 declared bankruptcy of the US Government and the removal of gold and silver coins as money, the 1939 Public Salary Tax Act, the Buck Act of 1940, and the Victory Tax of 1942 to fraudulently charge citizens income tax, property tax, licenses to drive, licenses and title registration on automobiles and other private conveyances, required insurance (read the state statutes and it is likely you will find there isn�t a requirement except on commercial vehicles, ambulances, and government vehicles), business licenses, marriage licenses, and a barrage of other State granted �privileges� citizens pay fees for.

Yeah, right, �privileges�, my butt. Since when does an American citizen have to buy any product by order of government? Isn�t it a right to choose what products you buy with your money? Or, get permission to get married (what is next - telling who may or may not have children? Or the only night of the week you may try?). Or travel on a surface bought and paid for by the citizens, the public highways?

But, it doesn�t stop with State governments. Oh, no. You see, there are these little wannabe Hitler�s known as local governments, namely county and city. Counties, other than ripping people off through the property tax scheme, are relatively silent. Not so, though, are local city governments and, often, nor are law enforcement personnel who seem to think they are the boss herding their charges rather than the bossed.

Now tell me. What authority does a city government to tell you what occupation you may work in? Or whether you can travel on city streets you bought and paid for? Or get permission to keep property you own on property you bought? Or pay the city rent on property you own? Yes, that�s right - you pay rent in the form of property tax or in the form of city stickers.

The reality is city governments have absolutely no power to regulate anything about your life. That is, until you violate the rights of another. Once again, violating the rights of another defines whether or not a crime has been committed by a sovereing against another sovereign. This is an important concept that has been forgotten and allowed to be buried by people who gave an inch 90 years ago and, now, if they were still alive, would find that mile after mile has been taken by all levels of government.

Understand this. Each person is a sovereign in and of himself. Each has God-given rights that do not in anyway depend upon the Constitution of this union of States nor on any State government. The rights are given by God and can only be taken away by God. Any government attempting to limit, modify, do away with, or circumvent is some other fashion is oppressing the people of this nation and acting as only the evil can.

Decisions concerning your private life are yours to make, not the various governments. Government on any level hasn�t any lawful power to make a decision for you, to tell you what you may or may not have or do. If you do violate or trespass on another�s rights, then, and only then, can Man-made laws of punishment and redress be lawfully applied to you. You are the sovereign, not the government and, as such, are not under its jurisdiction - it is under yours.

Get this clear! You are sovereign over the federal government! You are sovereign over the State government! You are sovereign over your local city government. YOU ARE SOVEREIGN!! No level of government has the actual power to order you around concerning your private business, nor does it have the power to create crime when crime doesn�t exist, nor does it have the power to take any property, including earnings, in a direct fashion and ignoring due process (by the way, study due process - it is possibly not what most people believe it to be).

Government only exists to protect your rights as the sovereign. Its only function other than defending and protecting your rights is to get just enough taxes in an indirect fashion to support very limited functions.

Government does NOT exist to take from the many to give to the few, nor to finance a foreign bank, nor to finance other countries, nor to squelch any of those who believe in liberty, nor to make non-harmful actions into crimes creating victimless crimes, nor to create bogus wars such as against drugs and crime, or others which place American citizens in harm�s way at home and in other countries (military policing the world).

Furthermore, any action by a government that in any way decreases the rights of the individual is a treasonous act. It is no different than if China invaded this country, took it over, and removed the same rights or all semblance of Liberty.

This must be understood. It doesn�t matter if invasion comes from within or without - it is still an invasion by an enemy of the people against the people. It is the governments� job is to protect against enemies of rights which means the government must now protect the citizen against the government. Fat chance, I�d say.

For two weeks this writer has spent 15 to 20 hours a day learning how to protect himself and take action in a matter against me that shouldn�t even exist. It was necessary to find and study dozens of city and State laws. With the study, however, came increased knowledge of the depth of deceit the governments operate at. Perhaps needless to state but the governments who believe themselves sovereign over me are lower than the lowest snake�s belly and just as crooked as when the snake is coiled ready to strike.

It would be easiest just to do as the Nazis in my town want but I cannot do that. I believe in my rights and, if necessary, will die protecting them. Maybe not the right attitude to those who have knowledge of the depth of government corruption and theft of rights but do nothing. However, quite frankly, I am glad it is my attitude because, regardless of the outcome of the many actions I am taking against those who have been stealing my rights, I will have done my best to protect Liberty.

Anyway, finally, in time to watch the last 30 minutes of the afore mentioned movie, I finished the official �brief to dismiss� I spent much of the time learning about and writing. But, finishing the brief is only part of the battle.

See, the odds are the judge, prosecutor, and local city council have known each other for years and might even get pie-faced together on Saturday nights for all I know. Or, have their weekly poker game. Thus, the likelihood of anything being fair and above board is very slim. But, only under certain circumstances can one demand a change of venue. Mine situation doesn�t fit so I am stuck.

The odds are also that the court will attempt to make an example of me, particularly since the paper did publish a letter written by me concerning the unconstitutional acts of the local government. Seems all levels of courts are hell bent on using the few to instill increased fear in the many in order to stop others from doing as I do.

I am preparing myself for it but, just as higher courts get away with violating nearly every right of citizens, so do lower courts. My gosh, to be under the control of a person based only on his being elected or appointed to an office and be placed in the position that telling the truth could be deemed �contempt�. What a crock. This is a legal system defect and I really don�t care what experts say about it.

Of course, a jury will be demanded. But, in this case, the jury is likely to be selected by the city council since the so-called prosecutor is also the attorney on retainer for the city. One can only guess as to the potential of an �impartial� judgment.

Even if a fair jury (meaning not friends and/or relatives of the judge, prosecutor, and city council members), how the devil does one teach through proper questions in a few minutes what it means to be sovereign, especially if the judge and prosecutor act and make statements as if they and the city has plenary power. After all, people have been responding in that fashion for most or all of their lives.

I also know (still studying this - I still have four days) to assure I am not in an admiralty court since the alleged violation of my horrible crime (keeping my automobiles on my property) does not fall into admiralty or military jurisdiction nor may it be put there. Well, lawfully, it can�t be put in an admiralty court. But, then the Supreme Court justices aren�t supposed to make decisions based on politics either, are they?

I know I am right, that my rights of private property ownership along with nearly every other unalienable, self-evident right, prevents any government interference in my private life, barring my infringement upon another sovereign�s rights. No infringement, no crime (Lord, but on this basis, governments do nothing but commit crimes with their dozens of thousands of needless, pointless, and unconstitutional legislation).

But, I also know that America is NOT the home of justice in this year of our Lord, 2001. It is, instead, the home of injustice based on a lot of crap fed out by all levels of government.

And, so, I grieve for me.

More important, though - I grieve for this nation and the death of Liberty.
