This writer doesn�t think conservatism or liberalism even exists for all practical purposes in government. For example, we supposedly have a conservative Congress. In just the first session, the 104th Congress headed by Gingrich, Armey, and Delay (not Clinton) passed ten major bills into law (See archived �Know your Congressman�s Ways!!� by Claire Wolfe in Keep And Bear Arms). All ten laws are unconstitutional with the intent of removing the rights of the citizens of this nation.

Every law passed since, along with those being proposed, from medical records to legislation affecting such things as social security numbers and driver�s licenses, has been unconstitutional in part or in whole. And that is by a �conservative???� Congress.

Campaign reform is a joke, or would be if it wasn�t as serious as it is or we were watching the raping of rights occurring in another country. So, one must presume that conservatism in this case means to fight for the status quo (maintaining those unconstitutional laws being unlawfully enforced) or to make it worse by depriving people of additional rights.

Tax cuts. To that, this writer must simply respond - �BULL!� The only tax cut that should be done is to cut the IRS out of our lives and our nation of States. Taxes laid directly on our earnings are unconstitutional and being done by a bureau foreign to this nation of Republics. No American (citizen of the 50 states) should be caused to think he is liable for federal income tax, nor any state to continue this gigantic fraud.

Unconstitutionality includes any form of tax or fee based on your property ownership. Such are nothing more than the theft of property done without any authority whatsoever. But, whether conservatives or liberals control, the effect is exactly the same. The media, nor politicians, will tell the people the whole truth and nothing but the truth. In fact, the opposite holds as fact, that the truth is ignored.

And, then, to allow some level of government to take a person�s property because of not paying taxes that are NOT lawfully laid is nothing more than an act of war against the people and the freedoms this country is supposed to stand for. It is not the act of a government �for the people� and standing in liberty.

Then, to add to the frauds, balanced reporting on the net and other sources blame whichever group they do not support instead of thinking rationally that it hasn�t mattered which political party and philosophy has been in control. Rights have been removed with the Constitution raped and plundered nearly beyond repair. Instead of focusing on the real problem, only faults with the opposition party are discussed or ranted about.

Now, for those who believe the current resident of the White House, a strawman identity for the real controllers of this nation, gives a hoot about the common people of this nation, take a good hard look at what has occurred in his past and what is now occurring. The person now serving in the highest office of the land is as fake as a $3 bill and just as fake as the conservative Congress which promised to right the wrongs.

Which brings up a question. By this time in the first Clinton administration, he was being attacked brutally by his enemies in the government and the media. And, yet, the guy in the White House has done far worse, from well-documented SEC violations to being AWOL from the military. So, why the hands off attitude concerning the new administration? Does this mean most major media sources are, in fact, supporters of the false conservativism of leading Republicans?

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. The whole energy deal is nothing more than what it has always been since the first government-declared energy �shortage�, a means of establishing control of the citizens of this nation. It is intended, in part, to prevent travel or to control the amount of travel done by controlling energy, to take additional chunks out of people�s income forcing additional numbers to rely on �entitlements� (helps create a �thank God for government helping us out� attitude), to control economic manipulations against the best interests of the people, to help establish the NWO, and, of course, to make unholy profits for the oil cartels, including the Bush/Cheney Cartel. Is the extreme conflict of interests between the oil saturated US Government and rising prices that hard to see?

Many sources do speak of the unconstitutionality of the drug wars and the fact that such a war cannot be won. People have for all time used drugs for some reason or another, from religious ceremonies to simple recreation. People will continue to use drugs, no matter making the use of recreational drugs �illegal.� The huge cost of controlling drugs will continue to rise. It is inevitable since the government in its ever expanding efforts uses costly terror and other coercive techniques to enforce �laws� that are, in fact, null and void from their inception for the citizens of the 50 States.

Even illegal is a misnomer. The truth is the only control of the federal government concerning drugs is whether or not they are imported. The US Government does have the power to tax imports, including drugs. Although the writer is currently studying this, a study that is by no means complete, the indication currently is that drugs are in truth only controlled to the extent of the potential for a valid tax to be laid on them [See the 1937 Marihuana (its Spanish spelling) Tax Act]. It seems that laws applying only to the federally controlled areas and to taxes laid on imports have been distorted in the same manner as federal income tax laws, Title 49 Interstate Transportation, and other federal titles applied to the 50 states.

The fact is the Constitution for the United States of America does not give any level of government any authority to control people as to use of, manufacture of, growth of (in fact, a major industry was destroyed by an unlawful tax laid on marijuana as hemp was the precursor to the plastic industry which was taken over by the petroleum industry - big surprise here), or sell of (as long as any due tax is paid, such as on its arrival in the foreign port known as the United States created in the Constitution) drugs, whether domestic or not. Thus, the �war� is nothing more than a treasonous aggression against the liberties of Man.

So, where is the truth from alleged balanced news sources, that BOTH parties have helped install and enforce the laws that are now filling prisons with people who have nothing more than express their constitutional rights. Or, to allow government thugs to unlawfully search and seize (steal) innocent people�s assets and (still can�t believe people are allowing this) kill innocent people with impunity. Why aren�t these killers of the innocent tried as the murderous villians they are.

What about firearms and other weapons one is free to arm themselves with? There is but one law in any level of government that is constitutional when it comes to the right to keep and bear arms. But, conservatives blame liberals for the destruction of the one law, the 2nd Amendment. This writer says �hogwash� - both are to blame. Actually, spoken philosophies mean nothing, only actions and results of the actions mean anything. But one has to wade through conservative/liberal BS to get at this irrefutable statement - that the two major parties and the philosophies they professedly use to distinguish between them, are spouting misleading and misinforming rhetoric.

Media sources relying and basing their opinions on such ambiguous definitions mislead and misinform. Balanced news sources are found, after careful inspection, to NOT be balanced, whether intentional or not, and, therefore, mislead and misinform.

In any case, a politician or political party being conservative or liberal means nothing in our everyday lives and is relative at best. What would mean something is a group of millions led by leading politicians standing up and stating - no, demanding - that the Constitution as written causes every law repugnant to the document to be null and void, that each be henceforth wiped off the books.

And, further, that those interfering with these rights, whether legislators, judicial officers, executive officials, or law enforcement, are dealt with, not patted on the back. This includes prosecutions for murder (any killing of innocent people in the raids on law-abiding citizens is murder, plain and simple) and conspiracy or misprision of felony, for example, in protecting murderous law enforcement people against prosecution for the many killings done in the name of �law and order.�

What conservatives and liberals have done equally in the many guises used, including �for the children�, �for the good of the people�, �to protect people from crime and harm�, �to give a �balanced� education�, �dead-beat dads�, �law and order� and so on, is to violate the Constitution. A once free, proud nation has been turned into a nearly Godless, communistic regime in meeting every characteristic laid down by Marx in the Communist Manifesto.

And, those who mislead by reporting against the opposition while ignoring the same behaviors of the philosophy/party supported, have aided the government in its treason.

For shame.
