Customized optional menu-tree:

Triton can create a series of interactive voice prompts such that the card user hears: "Push 1 for _______; push 2 for _______; etc., etc. The menu-tree can be as simple or as creative (with multi-submenus) as you choose. Each of these menu selections can then give the caller different options such as another customized greeting; completing an on-line survey; being connected automatically to one of your companyâs departments; receiving updated technical information; receiving daily information, etc., etc.
