Appearance: Mikael is medium-height and rather thin with grey-green eyes and
shoulder-length auburn hair which he usually wears in a pony-tail
Personality: Mikael is a people-person, very out-going and fun-loving. He's
smart and can do well academically if he wants to although he usually doesn't
see the need to. He enjoys reading, especially myths and legends, and
occasionally likes to doodle but his first love is music. He has a fairly strong
Bardic Gift and several other Gifts (Mage-Gift, Mind Speech, and a hint of
Foresight) in potential.
Short Life Story: Mikael grew up in a village on the shores of Lake Evendim. He
was the sixth of eight children. When he was young he would pass the long winter
evenings by singing, usually his own songs or by playing his gitar or his harp.
When he was about sixteen he decided that the life of a fisherman wasn't for him
so he packed what he could, including his instruments, and ran away. He spent a
while traveling around making his living as a street musician and occasionally
playing in inns. It was around this time that his Bardic Gift started to
manifest itself. A Herald on his way back from Circuit heard him play in an inn
and and recognized his Gift for what it was. The Herald brought him back to
Haven where he was readily accepted into the Bardic Collegium.
