Short Life Story:  Born right here in Haven, over 85 cycles ago. Found by Ninoshka when she turned 16, so really had very little life that was not part of the collegium. Received her Whites by eighteen, and on her second circuit, she met a wandering Healer-journeyman by the name of Kris. She spent the rest of her circuit with him, and within the year, were married. Ten years later Kris took over after the aging Dean Anthony after spending most of his Mastership helping Dean Anthony. At fifty, Kaela was forced to retire, her Gift, being as strong as it was, prevented her from having a life where she could touch another except her husband. As it was, there was a special Lifebond between the two.

At the end of her 85 years, she fell in a garden to the rear of her apartments. She called to her husband, and when he came, he brought help. The help was in the form of a Healer-adept-trainee named Owlbrother k'Shaya, still very new in his powers, and VERY wet behind the ears. Healer-trainee Danya, and Healer-Herald Rayven also came to help... along with a stranger, the Lady Winterblade. Between them all, they Healed both the Dean and his Wife... and turned back the clock almost thirty years for the couple. Faced with a renewed constitution, and length of life, Kaela has taken up the mantle of Housekeeper for her Husband. She still does not truly trust herself around others, but is working on it.
