Deyan Eodus
Jami
Name: Deyan Eodus (day-an Ee-o-duss)
Age: 20 (m06/d06)
Position: Bardic Trainee - 4th year
Gifts: Bardic Gift and Talent, very weak Empathy
Appearance: Brown hair, and dark brown eyes - this boy looks just like every
other face in the crowd... Except when he smiles. Something about the way his
whole face lights up with even the tiniest hint of humor seems to draw people
toward him. He's slightly taller than most, as well, and probably WILL be for
the rest of his life. He used to participate daily in mock fights with his
brothers, but when he found out he had the Bardic Gift, he put aside the rough
acts so that he could continue to play his music. However, though he has quit
the rough-and-tumble aspect of his life, he is still quite muscular, even for a
14 year-old.
Personality: Steadfast, honest and quite intelligent are the words that describe
Deyan when he's working hard. But in times of play, he can be utterly careless,
easy-going and quite witty. He was known, amongst his brothers, as the Jester of
the group, and often they'd turn to him for a bit of fun on those rainy days
when the four of them were caught indoors. He also seems to be very
compassionate, and is known to become the quiet, moody type when teased about
his beliefs.
Short life story: Deyan comes from a stereo-typical 'happy family' setting,
though his has a few changes. One of which being that his Father was a Herald -
but died in Circuit when a band of rogue bandits cut him down for what little
coin he carried. Hardly a valiant death, but he was serving the Crown, and
that's all that Deyan's mother cared about. They gave him a proper burial and
kept his Ceremonial Whites in a chest upstairs. Deyan also comes from a rather
LARGE family, with two older brothers, and three younger brothers and sisters,
he hardly had any time to himself. Now, though, at the Collegium, sharing a room
with one other bard is like a paradise to Deyan, since back home, he and his two
older brothers had to share a room. And it wasn't a very big one, either. He
writes home quite often - his brothers like close friends - and every Holiday,
has a huge welcome to come home to. It's always a relief, though, to come back
to the Collegium...
Deyan always was a sucker for peace and quiet.
