Buel

Evania

Name: Buel

Age: 17 (m07/d20)

Position: Bardic Trainee, 2nd year

Gifts: Strong Talent, Moderate/weak Bardic Gift

Appearance: Buel is amazingly average. He's just barely on the taller side of average height for his age, with a build that is niether muscle-y or lean. His skin is tan, neither dark nor light, and his face is sculpted neither hard, nor soft. He's not particularly attractive, nor is he particularly ugly either. His eyes are a deep brown. His hair, just barely wavy at all, but nowhere near even curling, is a doe brown and hangs at only about four inches long. In essence, just about anyone could overlook him in a crowd.

Personality: Buel has conformed to his average looks and ability to be overlooked. He's nice and friendly, but a bit quiet, and mostly has taken to just looking out for himself, and making sure that he doesn't get stepped on in the process of being overlooked. He's taken to observing people and things, and has learned much from that. Buel has developed quite the ability to find a nice little hiding spot in the corner of a room, drop his head, and just blend into the background.

Short Life Story: Buel is the third son of a moderately successful merchant in Haven. His elder brothers have both taken after the trade well, each in just as average looks as he, though the second boy is a little less than attractive in his own. When he didn't show a true interest in the trade of horsegrain and hay, and random other things needed for stables and the like, his father consented to letting him school further than just the mandated lessons.
Buel's only true joy, for his life was rather uneventful, was singing with the priests and novices in the temple that his family worshiped at. It was a rather fortunate coincidence that a Bard had stepped into the building for shelter from the wind and heard him… then promptly sent him packing to Haven to find out if he truly was Gifted.

Family:
Father~ Geoffry; merchant trader; good for the boy, he needed something worthwhile to do
Brother1~ Miquin; apprentice to father; he's lucky for that… though he probably won't be too successful
Brother2~ Haunphen; apprentice to father's friend; lucky brat… doesn't deserve it, never done anything remarkable in his life, other than always being ignored
