The Haven of Mercy (HoM) as it is known, deals with the neopoints, and donations for the guild, we are the record keepers and the sales department all rolled into one. Each guild shop works independently of each other, each shop has the responsibility of taking care of our members requests, and seeing that all the donations are recorded properly for their shop.

We house two shops right now both under my control. I am responsible for keeping track of all the sales, guildplans (if applicable) and donations.

Record keeping is very important since this will effect every member looking forward to a promotion at the beginning of each month. We devote a large portion of our working hours to record keeping. It may perhaps sound a bit boring, but it is very important to keep accurate records , among other things, without record keeping we wouldn't know who deserves ,or does not deserve a promotion at the beginning of each month.

One way to describe the HoM is to say we are the cornerstone of the "guild-civilization".
