The Parking Arrangements at Haven Green Court will
continue to be operated in accordance with the rules
and arrangements agreed with Regional Parking
Management.
However the Board will have absolute discretion to
instruct Regional Parking Management to remove any
vehicle, which in its absolute discretion, is causing
safety or security problems or causing hazard or
undue inconvenience or environmental detriment.
The person responsible for such a vehicle will be given
7 days notice to remove this vehicle. Failing their
taking appropriate action or their offering a satisfactory
explanation the vehicle will be removed without further
notice.
In particular, but not exclusively, such vehicles will
include vehicles not licensed for road use and/or
vehicles not insured and/or vehicles without current
MOT certificates or any mechanical deficiency which
would prevent them being moved on to the public
highway should it be deemed necessary.
Parked vehicles should be saloon cars or estate cars or
small vans normally used for small businesses
and not commercial vehicles. Their "external"
appearance should not be such that they
hurt the sensibilities of other lessees
(The above shall apply to the current parking contractor at any time)
