"Mountain Top"
Well I grew up on this mountain top many years ago,
Just me and Dad and 'ole Boy by my side,
Mamma left us for the city life and someone mighty low.
Daddy told me she had passed away__he lied.
Now gets mighty cold in wintertime just trying to survive,
with this ole shack a swaying in the wind.
The only way we make it through this ice and lonely gale
is breakin out another pint of gin.
What else is there to do on this ole mountain top alone,
But drowning out the howling wind so strong,
Don't wanna think of time when Daddy leaves me though he will
And life gets colder knowing that he's gone.
Mamma how can you rest in peace and still keep sanity,
knowing we were all that mattered in your life.
Did you find out city lights are just as cold as this 'ole wind
and your hearts love worse than this 'ole mountain ice. �

I envy all those who had the luck to find their way to be

Its always been a wonder to me
To see that light roaming so free

Such a beautiful sight for the lost to finally see
Why do these words all end with a "_See"
Maybe its cause I too want to be free
Just like that Light that shines on the sea
Sure wish it would shine all over me
One day I too will come to be free
Cause that Real Light did shine on me
Maybe will find my way to the sea
Just so that Lighthouse can shine more on me
