Yoga - Yama

 

Yama means Moral Observance. There are five Yamas.

 

  1. Satya or Truthfulness

  2. Ahimsa or non violence

  3. Asteya or non- stealing

  4. Brahamacharaya or celibacy

  5. Aparigraha or non covetousness
