Haus im Wiesengrunde is located on the Lermoos Moss, a beautiful quiet zone in the traditional Austrian village of Lermoos. Lermoos enjoys a paramount location in the Tirol Zugspitz Arena and is positioned in a wide open valley surrounded by the mountains of the Lechtaler Alps, the Wetterstein massif (the highest peak of which is the Zugspitz at 9732 feet) the Mieminger chain, and its own mountain the Grubigstein (7332 feet).

Haus im Wiesengrunde is an apartment in the owner's own home. It has a lounge, kitchen and terrace and sleeps four (there is one bedroom with one double bed and two single beds and a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge can also be used if required). It is pleasantly furnished and has its own entrance, stairs to the first floor, a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with shower and bath. Space for parking a car is available outside the property. Included in the rental cost are all heating costs, satellite TV, bed linen and towels. There are various shopping facilities within easy walking distance.

The owners of the property are long standing residents of the village and are happy to provide guidance to their visitors if required. The lady of the house originally comes from the North of England so knowledge of German is not required. Indeed all ski instructors, hotel staff, etc. speak excellent English as visitors from Britain have frequented Lermoos for many years.
