Details:

This strange mist comes from nowhere on a very clear night. On the right side can be seen the back of the garbage bin and slightly above that is the tail light of a parked car.

History:

Taken outside our 'active' apartment during a Lunar eclipse. There is a white building to the left but it wouldn't have been very visible from that position. What you should have seen was a few lights from other buildings, a row of trees and lots of bushes and weeds close to knee level around the building, parking lot and the trees. This and the other 3 pictures of my daughters birthday are most interesting because the mist/anomaly all seem to be dominate on the left side.
