INVESTIGATIONS:

We do not charge for investigations. We do accept donations for expenses, such as gas. Donations are also used to purchase more equipment. If you are contacting us about a location please be as detailed as possible and don't forget to include your contact info.
• You must either own said property or have written permission from the owner.

• We only accept requests from adults 18 and older.

• A signature is required for our standard data/photo consent form which gives us permission to take photographic, audio and video recordings of the property.

• For the safety of the team as well as yours we ask that no person interfere or impede our research.

We are willing to attempt a cleansing if requested but the results can not be guaranteed by anyone.
