Friends

Ynette and I leaving an ambiguous trail of picture postcards
from No-Where Zen Indiana (on a trip to visit Amy). And no, I have
no clue why we both appear fascinated with my shirt
Marina is one of my dearest friends. She's from Moscow Russia
and is a very accomplished athlete and student. She has a junior world
championship gold medal for volleyball and was the first freshman to be named
player of the year for Conference USA. She is currently working on her second
degree!

This another great friend of mine, Sonya. She is also from
Moscow and also is a great volleyball player. She too has a gold medal and was a
stellar player in Conference USA volleyball. Sonya's twin sister Olga is
pictured to the left and she was on Russia's 2000 Olympic Volleyball team.
Sonya has two labs back home, Nusha (the dark lab) and Jean (the yellow
lab). Marina is in the middle of Sonya and Olga.

My beloved City. This is a picture of the Lake front off Lake
Shore Drive in Chicago. Its a very wide expanse that is used for runners,
joggers and rollerbladers. The Gold Coast can be seen in the background and the
Chicago Yacht Club can be seen to the left. I can't wait to move back to
Chicago.

This is the view from my childhood home. Eastern Kentucky is a
very rural and very depressed region, but is one of the most beautiful places on
earth.

Rob and I on our way to see the opening night of the Chicago
Ballet's Nutcracker. We had a great time and got to dress up!

My niece Janaya "helping" clean out her aunt's horse
stall.

Co worker in Chicago. Did I mention I have reasons for wanting
to go back to Chicago? It's a great city with many wonderful sights.
