East of Tweed, Ontario, near the old railroad (trans-Canada Trail) bridge over the Moira River: rock-bottomed river, fast current, shrubs and trees along the shoreline.
Swift River Cruiser (Macromia illinoiensis illinoiensis) Naiad – about 30 mm long, lurking among sumberged vegetataion near the shoreline. Identified to subspecies level at BugGuide.Net (August 19, 2013).
