John Thomas Whetten and Ludie Ellis Hassell Whetten...
Ludie (my grandmother), had two kids from her marriage to Uriah E. Hassell. Wilford Clair Hassell and Lyman Snow "Jack" Hassell. When Uriah Hassell (my grandfather), was killed, (go to the Hassell Page to learn about Uriah), Manita, Zorina, Lufton Cray "Tucker", Anthony Valentine "Tone", Ellis was born in a lumber shed during the Mexican Revolution in 1912. They had been living in the Colonies in Old Mexico. But had to go to the USA because the Revolution made it unsafe in the Colonies. |
