1997   Researched, compiled and presented a paper as Chairman of Syndicate for Rural Development and Local Government in Punjab.

1998   Wrote a paper on Comparative Tribal Administration in the Sub- Continent at Civil Services Academy.

1998   Conducted field work for community based development in a village Green Kot in Punjab and presented a paper at Civil Services Academy.

1999   Assisted in development of NGO named Kalash Valley Indigenous Survival Program.

2000      Organized a seminar on Poverty Alleviation Program and presented a paper.

2001      Designed and executed 6 months training program for Bajaur Levies.

2001   Organized and facilitated a seminar on Reinvigorating the Tribal Jirga at Bajaur Agency.

2001   Attended the Annual South Asia Conference at Wisconsin University, Madison, USA.

2002   Attended a workshop on Reflections of Peace Process, organized by CBI at Harvard University, Boston, USA

2002   Attended Fulbright Enrichment Seminar at Huston, Texas, USA.

2002   Undertook presentations on “Kashmir Conflict and Third Party Role” to undergraduate classes at EMU, Virginia.

2002   Presented conflict resolution skills at international students conference at EMU.

2002      Presented a lecture series at the University of California including Radio and TV talk shows, at Santa Barbara, USA, as an associate of Every Day Ghandhis project. (www.everydaygandhis.org ).

2003      Received a US Institute of peace Award to conduct research on Tribal Jirga  ( www.usip.org )

2003   Founder and Associate of an NGO named JUST PEACE ( www.justpeaceint.cjb.net )
