7. F1_Fanatic : Oh yes, it is definitely not as hard perhaps as it used to be 10-15 years ago. And certainly women drivers are getting more well known by the day, and there's Formula Women (although I still doubt F1 managers notice it much), but it's still not easy to get into F1 as a woman. But getting into motorsport can definitely be done.
