Assalam alaikum
I have three questions
1. Does dry cleaning of clothes make them paak (pure) as no water is used here.
Answer: Water is not necessary to make clothes pure and clean (paak). Even stones can be used to scratch out impurity to make your garment pure and clean clean.

2. Why is one thing in one school of thought (Shafaee, Hanafi and others) allowed and the same thing in the other strictly prohibited. How can one thing be correct in one and wrong in the other?. Can we follow one thing from Shafaee and other thing from Hanafi and another from any other 2 schools of thoughts or we should follow all the rules of one only school?
Answer: All schools of thoughts are based on research in the Qur'an and Sunnah. A hadith says that a researcher or a judge gets double reward, if his decision/conclusion is correct/right. He gets one reward, if his decision is not right. Only Allah knows the correct decision or the answer. Man only tries to find it. There is no other way to know the truth.

If a person has enough knowledge and does his own research, he is free to adopt his finding; but, a person who does not have enough knowledge to pursue the case in depth, has no other choice except to follow a researcher or judge upon whom he has confidence. Without knowledge, he should not start jumping from one school to another.
3. Does showing a wrong work experience certificate in your bio-data for getting a job (e.g. You have about one year work experience and you make a certificate of work experience of 5 years) make the salary of that job haram.
Answer: If you have only one year's experience, you must show only one year's experience. By falsely showing five years, you are committing three sins: 1. Forgery of your certificate, 2. You have deceived an innocent employer, 3. You have deprived a deserving candidate of his right of the job- it is an injustice caused by you.

Your salary, obtained because of these three sins, is thus naturally haram for you. It is like stealing other's salary or property.

Allah knows the best.
