Harwinton Special Services
1
Special Services 1 is the newest addition to the Harwinton
Fire Department's fleet. This trailer was purchased and equipped
entirely without town tax money. This vehicle was placed in service
in March 2000. Special Services 1 ius designed to be used as a Hazardous
Materials Response Vehicle and has capabilities to be used to assist the
fire department at various activities.
