| This is the dining room. The girl in the front is my friend Becky. The woman sitting down is one of the lovely Martas. They clean for us and we appreciate everything they do. The cleaning women are called the Martas because that is the first name of all of them - I'm not kidding, it really is. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| This is me standing in the doorway to the small courtyard. The Institute is a square shape with this tree in the middle. Sorry, the picture didn't come out as well as I had hoped. The tree was built by the monks which I think is pretty darn cool. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
