She was tricked by Dehak into believing the Gods were going to kill them. Therefore she took part in the attack against them, and subsiquiently was attacked by Dehak herself after their defeat.
She does not have any lingering hatred for the Gods, considering that her favorite sister Terra was reincarnated as Artemis, her only hatred belongs to Dehak.
