In Bethlehem of Judea a second person of the Godhead was not born, but a body was born to house a God, that had always been.
"His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6.
". . .they shall call his name Em-man'u-el, which being interpreted is, God with us." Matthew 1:23 (God with us in the flesh!)
"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory." I Timothy 3:16.
"For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily." Colossians 2:9.
And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." John 1:14.
"To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation." II Cor. 5:19.
"But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him." I Cor. 8:6.
