| Please join me as I learn to find and catch Stripers on Lake Anna. I will update this site every weekend throughout the year. I've started this site because of the lack of information I've found through traditional sources. I think Lake Anna is a great Striper fishery, but it is very TUFF to figure it out. With the help of some friends I will embark on an adventure to unlock the mystery of Lake Anna fishing. Some of the topics I will adress: Finding and catching live bait. Threadfin Shad, Gizzard Shad, and Blue Herring. All of which are Striper prime rib. We will talk about water temp. and sesonal habits within the lake. Where the fish are during a given time of year. How to use your electronics to ID Stripers and schools of baitfish. Tackle and rigging tecniques for Stripers, Long lines, Planer boards, corks, down lines etc. Stay tuned and we will learn together!!! |
