Yet two weeks more to step to another level of study.

Last month I was able to complete the requirements of the two levels of postgraduate studies (one remains to the future).

Inerview results were taken away by favorations and i was thrown away again. now completing the 7 year of service as an IT Instructor.

on 30th Januarry 2007, Ms. Bhagya (temporary Instructor) resigned after knowing that she was not promoted. Ms. Aruni (only 4year SLIIT degree at the time of promotion) promoted as an Assistant Lecturer companied by Mr. Dhammika (Completed MSc and Postgraduate from SLIIT, 4year SLIIT degree) and Mrs Nimalika (MSc).

Interview by SLIIT Academic Heads was held at Malabe Campus on 18th Januarry 2007 and the pannel members were the Chairma / President of SLIIT - Dsr. Prof. Sam Karunaratne, Head Academic / Dean IT Division - Dr. Koliya Pulasinghe, Dean Multimeadia and Graphics - Dr. Sirimewan Widyasekara, Mr. Nuwan Kodagoda, Mr. Jayantha Amararachchi and the HRD - SLIIT - Ms Jayasooriya

All temporarry Instructors and the Three permenant Instructors were interviewed.

Second week so heard that Prasanna also promoted as assistant Lecturer. All the Assistant Lecturers who were not promoted as Lecturer got their promotions today. (Some had questioned about the two promotions and it looks like to satisfy them these promotions took place)

First week on Januarry 2007; got some information about Udaya and Jagath were promoted to the post of Assistant Lecturer without any interview or test (these two were not completed their MSc at the time of the promotions took place).
