Learn How to Use Arithmancy!

    First, write your name. I will use Harry Potter as an example.

     Next, you must convert it into numbers, something like algebra...(but much less complicated :)) Use this Chart:

1-A, J or S
2-B, K or T
3-C, L or U
4-D, M or V
5-E, N or W
6-F, O or X
7-G, P or Y
8- H,Q or Z
9- I or R

    Now, add the numbers together. For "Harry Potter", the sum of the numbers is 65. Now, you must reduce the number if it is over 9. Harry's number is 65, obviously over 9. All you have to do to reduce the number is add 6 and 5, which equals 11 (duh). Next, (since it's still over 9) add the numbers together again: 1+1....2 (once again..duh). This is Harry's Character number, which shows the personality of the person.
      Now, in order to find your heart number, follow these steps: Add all of the vowel's numbers together. (reduce when necessary)

*The equivalent to all of the vowels in Harry's name is 1 (1+7+6+5=19... 1+9=10...1+0=1). The heart number shows a person's inner desires, fears and true "inner life".
     Last, we have the social number. It shows the outer personality of the person. now, add all of the consanents' numbers.
