Harry French is an accomplished professional musician (vocals, guitar and harmonica) with more than 20 years experience at live entertainment. His experience and expertise encompasses a full range of functions; from weddings, corporate events, nightclubs, fund raisers, holiday parties and private functions, to seasonal contracts at major seaside resort hotels. Although based on Cape Cod, He has performed all around the greater Boston area and in the Florida Keys.
Harry prides himself on great vocals and music with an exciting presentation that gets people up and dancing. Harry is sophisticated but still a lot of fun. He will seek to carefully tailor his entertainment to suit the type of function or audience at hand. Do you require 'pop' music for dancing, or perhaps you want a more general program to suit an 'all-ages' group; or even soft background music for a function? His large repertoire will also complement all portions of a wedding reception from the arrival, dinner and conversation to the dancing.
His package of songs covers a huge variety of music from the 1940's to the present. The parents, young adults and even the grandparents at your party, should hear music they will recognize and enjoy. He will also provide recorded dance music if requested, so your night will not lose any momentum during a break.
Harry is a fan of all kinds of music. Some of his musical highlights include songs from James Taylor, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Eagles, Johnny Cash, Jimmy Buffett, The Beatles, Van Morrison, Frank Sinatra and Eric Clapton. Whatever Your Needs, Harry will create a successful event for you!
As a 'one man band" Harry's sound is big. He has many times been mistaken even by other musicians, for a complete group. Using his guitar, harmonica, drum machine and a great sound system, he gives a charismatic solo performance that can easily compete with many larger bands.
Whether Harry is performing quietly to a 'conversational audience', playing your favorite sing-a-long songs or keeping the dance floor full, he will do his best to accommodate your needs.
