And the other half?

I can barely keep my hands off you.

Now were getting somewhere, Harry finally smiled.

Ive missed you, Harry, Diane said, and reached across the table for Harrys hand. They held onto one anothers hands for a long time, their fingers moving until their palms began to conduct heat. Harry stood and pulled Diane to her feet. He wrapped his arms around her back and pulled her close. Diane put her hands around his neck.

I must be crazy, she whispered.

You know we were made for one another, Diane.

Yeah, Dr. Frankenstein must have kept himself real busy in that lab.

If Im doomed, I cant imagine a more beautiful creature with whom to spend my cursed life than you, Harry laughed, and finally, he kissed her.

Worry lines creased Dianes forehead as she gave herself over to her desires. As she kissed and caressed Harry, she noticed that her breath kept pace with his naturally, and that their arms and bodies fit together comfortably as they embraced. The hair stood up on the back of her neck when she felt his presence, and her stomach did somersaults each time she saw him. She needed to feel this way about her mate. She decided in that moment, as they retired to her bedroom for a night of mysterious and exciting lovemaking, she was willing to pay whatever the price to have those bees and butterflies in her life. She could no longer settle for anything less than this kind of passionate, extraordinary love. Even if it killed her.
