I havent seen this person in ages, and frankly, I could use the moral support. Will you come? You promise? No drama? No histrionics? No drunken wars? Diane said with a mixture of dread and hope in her face. I promise. This person is a drama-free zone. Very boring. Youll be struggling to stay awake. Okay. But if it gets weird, Im leaving, Diane said, poking her finger at Harrys chest. Then its a deal? Harry asked, just to be sure she was not assenting under duress. Diane nodded, instantly regretting her decision. Something about Harry made it nearly impossible for her to say no.
