Married Marinda J. Sneed in Carroll County, Arkansas. She was born January 16, 1841 in Osage, Carroll County, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Charles B. and Jane (Coker) Sneed. She died on December 28, 1928 in Carroll County, Arkansas.
Joseph served in and as a commander in Harrell's Cavalry Unit. He served in Price's Missouri Raid, and in the battle of Mark's Mills during the Camden Expedition.
He and his wife are buried in the Sneed Cemetery, Carroll County, Arkansas. |
