Joe Grant
Joe attended Michigan State University and graduated with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant,
and Institutional Management. He went to work in Atlanta for 1 1/2 years for Silver Spoon Cafe. He then went to sunny Orlando, Florida and worked for Walt Disney World
in the resort division for 8 years. Upon moving up to Alabama, Joe took a manager's job at Western Sizzlin and a General Manager's job at Hardee's before taking a job at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Joe works as a restaurant manager and oversees catering functions for NASA. He has a son Andrew (who turned 13 September 2004).
