| In the beggining...... I was born in Colorado... my dad was a truck driver and my mother left when I was about 1 1/2 years old. My dad raised us 3 kids ( I have 2 older borthers) till he married my step mom.. ( we won't go there)... We moved to Durango Colorado when I was in 3rd grade and my dad started working on a ranch. That was probly the happiest part of my childhood. There were 200 head of cattle, 14 horses, chickens, ducks, cats, .. and LOTS of chores. I quit school when I was 15 .. finishing the 9th grade. And started working to help the famly. I baby sat and cleaned houses and worked in a friends restaurant. Skip to age 20... I moved to Atherton California where I was a nanny for Charles Schwab for 4 years. That was a really neat experience.. met lots of interesting people.. Then I moved to San Francisco and did house cleaning and sold jewlery on the street at Fishermans Warf... again, met lots of interesting people. I started singing in a jazz band with a guy I met thru friends.. Ray Solo.. it was soooo scarry but I loved it!.. i did a couple ofcommunity Musicals, a caberet show and an opera.. YES, I sang opera :) .. it was quite difficult but I really loved it. Moving forward about 6 years.. did some singing jobs here and there.. then started my own floral design business.. I must say.. I think that was the one job that I truely loved.. and I was good at it too! Another time jump ahead to 6 years ago when I met Kenn :))))))))))))))) <---lots of smiles there.... The moment that changed my life for ever ,for the better! We met online in a chat room called #ircnewbies on a network called DalNet. ( you really must go there) We talked for 5 months before we met in real life, then 3 months after that we went to Canada ( see pic above ) and 4 months after that .. Kenn moved to California to be with me... We traveled across the United States to meet people we knew from irc and attend his friend Tim's wedding...... then we settled here in Vancouver Washington... where we got married about a year and half ago!... THE END Are ya bored yet??? NO?? ok.. keep going then ! |
