~HARQALYA~ Author Topic: Psi Wars Harla Quinn (Moderator) posted 12/28/00 1:20 AM Dear Alex, ibk, et al: To answer all the questions you ask, let me first give you a background and then provide more detail. We are entering a new age - but not in the context spewed all over the various forums. It is the information age and there is a war going on to control your thoughts. Most are familiar with projects such as MK-Ultra but there was also: MJ-12 Scangate, Grill Flame, Center Lane, Sunstreak and Stargate. In the infamous CIA-sponsored "Pandora" project in the 1980s, Dr Adey performed experiments using microwave carrier-waves modulated with ELF waves to modify brain tissue response. This is simply one of many documented accounts. There are many sources on the web, just be mindful that most (if not ALL) are bad info. The "text book" version of Remote Viewing is that it was developed in the Cold War days of the 1950s by a special - and not actually covert - branch of the Army. RV was originally given this term during the development of "psi ops" (psychic operations)as the US sought to play catch-up to psi experimentation being conducted by the-then arch-enemy, the Soviets. The Soviet culture, religious dogma having been ostracized by the Communists and thus not being hampered by superstition and fear of occult and esoteric practices, embraced this new form of surveillance of its citizens and *enemies". The Russians were already adept at searching out psi-able viewers through testing and those possessing psi-genes and demonstrating methods of telekenesis. It is rumoured, of course, that much of the research was vestiges of experimentation conducted and devloped during the days of the Third Reich. My own research confirms much of those "rumours". RV really found its niche during the days of the Vietnam War when it had real enemy "targets" and found a fairly adept cadre of psi-able viewers. In 1989, Courtney Brown, a professor at Emory University in Atlanta, published the "how to" book on Remote Viewing. Not only did the book give accounts of its history and use by the US Military, but how the program was "scrapped" (for defense funding reasons} when the participants began to go beyond the boundaries of its intended and "predicted" use. Though the continued use of RV had differing effects on each individual viewer, all began to explore other realms of existence and thought outside the structured militaristic organization - purportedly reaching out into the cosmos and into other dimensions. It really has more to do with being damn practical and simply observant of what the hell is going on. Bottom line is that "something" must leave the body in order that remote locations can be "seen". Research seems to indicate that RV uses biophysical field effects to manifest perception outside the body. The propaganda spin-doctors have said that the Russians opened doorways to other continuums and fell prey to malevolent forces. (More than likely, the only malevolent force was the on-rush of the capitalistic reality of materialism which toppled their unworkable regime.) Likewise, these same spin-doctors estimate that in secret underground facilities, our own military/researchers/government are currently opening electronic extradimensional doorways which are exposing the US consciousness to incredible levels of extradimensional influences. I wonder which "influence" is greater or the more malevolent? RV is no longer about (if it ever really was) simply "spying" or viewing the activities of others, but an enhanced mind and thought control mechanism. How to combat that? There is an Information War - it is even more perverse than most will actually admit publically. Stress and "electrical overstimulation" is the overwhelming inhibitor of psi-ability in individuals. Did you know that? This is the way in which psi-abilities are being dampened. Here is a great quote: "It is necessary to learn new mental software (memes) to run remote-viewing programmes to increase the signal-to-noise ratio of psi phenomena. Learning new memes to switch off the negative-feedback cycle that keeps people in a state of anxiety is also vital to initiating RV." But, the (snip) are right on point about one thing: KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! They just don't want you to know how to use it. It takes a certain type of individual to be naturally psi-able without EM pulse implants or psycho-kinetic devices or even psi-enhancing drugs. Even so, the natural adepts will always outperform the artificial. It goes straight to the power of "will" and this type of individual is not usually the type to be "recruitable" by organizations which would work to subvert the will of others. This is the greatest asset in any war. Under the constraints imposed on us by dogma, societal mores, and governmental regulations and laws and perhaps even outside and unknown forces, it begs the question: do we even have the capacity to exercise free will? How free are our choices when our choices are limited? Gurdjieff states that we can awaken our perceptions to other choices, but only through constant work and a series of ever-increasing "shocks" AND the combined efforts of a group seeking to stay 'awake'. "One man can do nothing. If several people decide to struggle together against sleep, they will wake each other." Taking this reasoning one step further, if we have the capability to deduce through knowledge and awareness even without empirical evidence to support this supposition that time/space/reality are all an illusion which seeks to "trap" and control our actions; likewise, we have the ability to deduce a world "free" of the illusion. In this regard, we imaginally create another "choice", another possibility. But, does the mere thinking make it so? Who among us has ripped and torn away the illusions of what we have been taught to believe as "truths" and found that great abyss, the Taoist nothingness in which there is no-thing and eventually found within that, pure "will"? And, at what cost? From the nothingness which is deemed "Chaos", what will emerge? For me, it's not about CYOR - it's about traversing the perceived dimensions of reality. I instinctively "know" I have the ability and, in many ways, I do almost daily. But, it's also about "others" - remote sensors (RS) - those with the ability (they use alpha waves rather than theta waves) to probe into our minds - and our ability to thwart those attempts. The folks at NeuroPop now have the technology to do this. They do not deny that the underlying patents are D.O.D. created. They make no effort whatsoever to conceal the fact that they intend to sell technology which will control your thinking. BTW - posting this stuff on the (snip) site COULD get you "banned". Warm regards, Harla Parsifal posted 1/11/01 3:06 AM I was going to post this to the ORMES thread, but it is more appropriate here. I am sorry that I do not have enough time to write out a long post, I have so much to say about this ORMES thing, and very little time right now. I believe that there are people who are trying to suppress knowledge of this material for several reasons, one being that ormes can be used as a weapon. It appears that light frequencies, sound frequencies, thought patterns and magnetic fields all influence these ormus materials in one way or another. I believe that cancer may sometimes be caused by electromagnetic interaction with the ormes in our cells from the environment in areas where there is the right combination of "noise". The ormes resonate with this noise. It is probably very easy to intentionally cause a disease such as cancer to occur in someone by using the interface to our cells via ormes. French biologist Jacques Benveniste believes that viruses and other ailments, and also mood altering effects can be transmitted over the radio, television, telephone or even the Internet just like ordinary sound recordings: "It sounds like science fiction and Benveniste will have a hard time convincing a deeply sceptical world that he is right. Nevertheless, he began his campaign last week when he announced the latest research to come out of his Digital Biology Laboratory near Paris, to a packed audience of scientists at the Pippard Lecture Theatre at Cambridge University's Cavendish Physics Laboratory. Benveniste suggested that the specific effects of biologically active molecules such as adrenalin, nicotine and caffeine, and the immunological signatures of viruses and bacteria, can be recorded and digitised using a computer sound-card. A keystroke later, and these signals can be winging their way across the globe, courtesy of the Internet. Biological systems far away from their activating molecules can then - he suggested - be triggered simply by playing back the recordings." Matti Pitkänen claims that the movement of matter by mind which occurs inside of the microtubule is virtually identical to psychokinesis or moving objects outside the body by the power of mind alone. Because of this I conclude that a person can probably also be made sick or killed by subliminal. You see, if you don't have conscious control of your body through your own expanded consiousness, someone else may be able to use their consciousness to cause your body to react to THEIR WILL! Harla Quinn (Moderator) posted 1/11/01 4:49 AM Matti has been a longtime correspondent and friend of mine. I will ask him if he would like to comment or answer any questions we might have on microtubules. Here is one of my fav things of his: "I like very much to participate these groups. They are very inspiring during the period when they are alive. Every artist needs audience and it is good to have forum where free association is possible and one need not to be afraid of losing face. Critical percentage of crackpots seems to be necessary for this(;-)." Matti Pitkanen http://www.padrak.com/ine/INE22.html dante posted 1/11/01 6:17 AM Matti is a hoot! I would love to have him on this board! -p dante posted 1/11/01 6:18 AM Harla, I was involved with you and the Alan Yu issue back early on in my Q-Mind involvement with the Sarfatti Circus. I spoke directly to Alan Yu and he denied ALL claims that the posts are from him. This does not mean that they are not from him - but I spoke to him offline and confirmed this through Jack and Dan. Harla, you are aware of my relationship with Jack and his desires with regards to me - I take his statement regarding Alan at face value and believe that it is unlikely (not impossible) that the person representing themselves as Alan is really Alan Yu. Other than that we had discussed these topics some time ago and they are VERY interesting particularly the patents. With regards to the patents, I have several patents, both design and mechanical. To someone not familiar with the legal and bureaucratic process they appear as items of incredible value like receiving a Nobel or the like. Let me state that the acquisition of a patent is not as difficult as people believe nor do you need to have quite as much tangible working material as you would think. The process mainly consists of searching for prior artwork (term for pre-existing patents along your items interest), and then submitting abstracts and design documents. A myth is that you need a fully functioning prototype to get a patent. This is patently (pun intended) false. You do need to have working *aspects*, parts, engines, pieces, but the whole product does not have to actually function. Additionally, if it is merely a “design” patent as most of those are – it does not have to have much of anything other than clear description of function, basic blueprints, and legal opinions showing that it is clearly the first of its kind. I am oversimplifying the process, which is primarily legal more than technical, but I just want people to not be over-impressed by any given patent. That said… …there are some very scary real applications of these patents and demonstrated proof that focused microwave and radio capabilities to both influence mood and cause both depression and fairly intense anger in subjects. I would definitely be interested in more information along these lines -p Mr. Nowhere posted 1/11/01 8:58 PM Dante, regarding "focussed microwave and radio capabilities to both influence mood and cause both depression and fairly intense anger in subjects"; any links (that you know of) to cell phone technologies, specifically cell phone towers? This reminds me of something that I heard in the news about a year ago or so involving a woman who was both a heavy cell phone user and who lived very close to a cell phone tower. She experienced depression and violent outbursts for no apparent reason, and then died of brain cancer. Her tumor was on the same side of her head, in the same place where she would have had the cell phone while using it. Also, the tumor was apparently the same size and shape as the cell phone antennae! I know I saw this story on either 20/20 or 60 Minutes or some such show... I found a lot of interesting stuff there. It all ties together with microtubules. dante posted 1/16/01 5:39 PM Cell Phones and microwaves There are now studies showing that the fluid in the eye absorbs 10x the amount of radiation then surrounding tissue and is likely the lead source for cancer associated with heavy cell phone use. Can phones affect mood? Hard to say we are all so different but I look at it like this: We are electric (electromagnetic) beings and if my phone is going to cause a plane by interfering with sensitive equipment – what is more sensitive than the complex bio-electric mechanism we title Brain? …as I turn my phone on to make a quick call… -p dante posted 1/16/01 6:02 PM Sarfatti latched onto the MicroTubules and "conductive fluid protein" about a year ago in the Q-Mind forum. A female research physician was invited to the board (her name slips my mind at the moment I am sure he references her in his links) and she presented her evidence showing that protein in striated tissues (I am possibly misrepresenting the term – don’t have time to look it up basically it represented >85% of non-liquid mass) in the human body had the potential as an atypical neuro-conductor. Fascinating stuff, it directly supported Jack’s equation of consciousness t(c)=1/HN H= Hubble’s constant N = Number of interconnected nodes Jack needed 10n17 and in brain tissue there is between 10n12 and 10n14 (don’t quote me on these numbers they are approximate) with the ‘theoretical” addition of individual protein wrapped water based conductors he can now reach his minimum. His theory in English goes like this: The Age of the universe and its expansion rate are directly tied to the minimum complexity required for the spontaneous creation of intelligence. This is also tied to the period of consciousness. We are digital creatures everybody – personally I am dying of curiosity to see what happens between the frames of reality. We see the world in ¾ second frames that our fluid memory blends into a seemless analog representation. I feel that this digital reality and the borders of the ‘measurement” are some of the keys to all of this. You will also notice that Jack is on the Bohm side of the Bohr/Bohm debate. This is important in understanding his theories and why they relate to the whole Ong’s Hat studies The whole basis of reality architecture and Mind over Matter versus Matter over Mind has to do with “backaction”. …too much coffee… …must get work done today… -p Post New Topic
