Team names are due with the team roster.
Please make special note:  A tournament program is printed.  It is imperative to have team names and rosters turned in by June 15.  Blank pages in the Tournament Program are not pleasing to our sponsors.
Late Registrations will be accepted if tournament openings remain.  Teams registering after June 15, 2006 will be eligible for prizes as follows (depending on their success in the tournament games):
1st Place $1000
2nd Place $ 500
3rd Place $ 300
4th Place $175
No further prizes.
