All new girls should understand
the position of First Girl of Camp and her special responsibilities.
jenna{MEM} is head trainer. Ubar has put her
in charge of training and it is a responsibility that she does not take
lightly. She has what are called "switch rights", this means that if
a girl is disobedient, she can administer discipline, and cage or gag
a girl as she sees necessary. Ubar expects this of her. When something
goes wrong, jenna is likely to be under discipline for the actions
of the girls in her care.
Being a trainer is not an easy job. jenna{MEM} would love
to have the opportunity to teach each girl in a warm and friendly manner,
to never have to say a harsh or corrective word to them. But that is
not always possible. It is jenna's responsibility to oversee training
and she will take whatever corrective measures she sees as necessary
to make sure that the girls in her care understand their place and bring
honor to their ko'lars.
If jenna addresses a girl in a corrective way about any matter concerning
her behavior, jenna should be given the utmost respect. It is likely
that the words jenna is saying to a girl were prompted by a comment
from Ubar. To be disrespectful to jenna is to be disrespectful to Ubar
and the trust that He has placed in her.
