Her parents owned their own farm, but everyone in the valley had bonded into an extended family and helped whenever it was needed. When She was a little girl, raiders attacked the village. The raiders killed Her parents and the village huntsman, Tyr, and his wife, Freda, took Her in and raised Her. When She was 18, She decided to leave Skarne and see something of Gor. The quiet, peaceful village no longer suited Her restless spirit and heart. Even though She had a strong spirit and heart, She had a stronger desire to serve others. Thus, She chose to be slave.

When chani arrived in Port Kar, the Ubar, Benazir Sojourn, convinced her to submit to the city's collar. she stayed for two months but found the busy city too confusing and crowded. The girl asked to be released and was granted it by the Ubar. she then traveled to the camp of Shadow Talon, where she met Haijin Mijurai, Who wooed her to accept His collar. she has been happy and content to remain with the Master and Mistress she loves and sisters she enjoys serving with.

chani is 5'11" tall with a lean, fit body. Her active life has kept her strong. Her limbs are long and slender, belying the strength hidden beneath the creamy pink surface. She seems to be mostly legs. Her body's curves are modest, owing to an active life and wandering about Gor for three years. Her frame is tall but not overly large. She comes from a mix of Torvaldslander and Earth Pacific Island stock. Her hair is a deep auburn, thick and curling at the edges, and long enough to caress her ass. Her eyes are periwinkle blue, a blue/purple combination, and changeable according to her emotional state.

chani is an excellent cook and enjoys creating meals for the Frees of her Home. She has a penchant for making sweet dishes, particularly pastries and candies. She seems to have a green thumb when it comes to plants and would love the opportunity to tend a garden. Wood fascinates her and she is interested in learning to work with it.

Recently, her Master acquired another girl named chani and renamed this one chani minx. she often refers to herself as the minx.
