I believe that there should be quiet time in all households, but it should be left up to each individual to decide and not the Government.  I feel that quiet time in the home would bring back more of a family unit and would bring families closer together.  The decision should be left up to the family and not for the Government to decide whether the broadcasting is on air.  According to the Constitution we are free to make our own decision, if the Government prohibits television broad casting that is taking our freedom away to make our own decision on whether or not we have our television on in our homes.
