Muslims, Jews, and Christians hate one another. The monotheistic religions are at one another's throats because of minor discontinuities in each one's version of the One True God. Allah, Jehovah, Yahweh, whatever his name is, he must really dislike himself for he sets his followers against one another with a furor that's holy. Of course, those of us like me use such times of disharmony to undermine the theistic institutions and discredit the strongest fronts of the religious tide. It is thus the duty of all those stigmatized by the Christian-influenced government to stand up and denounce the religions of those who malign the innocent and subjugate the brainless masses. It is the duty of those who see the evils of religion for what they really are to strive to enlighten those who are easily blinded by the bright lights and deafened by the heavenly noises of false resurrections. Whin fighting these entities, though, it is better to manipulate them into fighting each other. That way you don't get your hands dirty and are available to clean up the mess when the theists wind up killing each other. So silly... I've heard the phrase "God first, family second" my entire life and accepted that some people place God very highly in their lives. However, when I think of it, I realize that the statement is a lie. Who in their right mind places an unseen deity's needs over the needs of their own children? A person misses church when they're very sick, but do they shut out their children? Will a parent give their last dollar in the offering plate while their child goes hungry? No, it just wouldn't happen. A parent who holds anything above their own children isn't worthy of parenthood. And those who claim they put god above all else are liars. |
