The Second Time God Turned Away
When Christ died, popular Christian theology states that God turned his back
on the world, causing the dead to rise, the sun to go black, massive
earthquakes, and other unnatural phenomenon. This tragic event, the execution
of Christ, would constitute an abandonment of the world by God, if even for a
moment. The
Americans have allowed women entirely too much freedom. When God created Eve
to act as a helpmate to Adam, he said absolutely nothing about her being his
equal in all things. In fact, he said quite the opposite: woman is to submit to
her husband as her husband submits to God. The obvious abominable way of
thinking that places a woman as an equal to man is an obvious cause of God
rejecting our country. In fact, he went so far as to use the Evil Nations of
Islam to achieve his goal of making America see the folly in believing that the
sexes are on a par with one another. Islam’s clearly taught debasement of
womankind is more pleasing in the sight of God than the supposedly-Christian
nation of
The attacks were also meant to show that God doesn’t approve of baby-killing. Our practice of aborting our unborn fetuses is a slap in the face to God, who went through all the trouble of arranging that timely rape which allows our women to be pregnant at the exact time they are supposed to be. God actually goes so far as to condone rape, saying that his soldiers must kill all the men, non-virgin women, children, and animals of an enemy nation, but may keep the virgin women for themselves and, if they are found pleasing, may marry them (Deuteronomy 21:10-13). All women should show proudly their unwanted child, except in the case that she dies in childbirth, just as the doctor said she would. Killing our unborn children in the early stages of pregnancy is clearly less preferable than both mother and child dying in childbirth.
Homosexuals seem to be overrunning our country. They are everywhere: on the
streets, in the supermarket, even on television. It’s disgusting to all
God-Fearing people across the globe. A person can’t go anywhere without hearing
about how discriminated against the gays are. If God wanted men to like men,
he’d have made them that way. As it is, gays just make a choice to be
"different," to add diversity to the world. God doesn’t want
diversity. He is not a God of confusion. If he wanted diversity, he’d have made
the world diverse back in the old days, like around the
Atheists and Agnostics are the main cause for the attacks on American
landmarks. Since they have seen the wonders God has wrought, they are all a
step closer to accepting the One True Faith. Who wouldn’t turn to God after
seeing that glorious collapse of the
The rationale behind these arguments is ludicrous. I, for one, am sick of hearing the endless prattle about how God has a plan for us. Listening to people mindlessly spout these rationalizations has caused me to become embittered toward the mainline population. I feel that Americans just want to place the blame on someone so that it will further their own agendas. When I hear evangelists announce that liberals, abortionists, feminists, homosexuals, atheists, and agnostics were the reason God turned his back on us, I am frustrated. I respond that maybe Allah was never with us in the first place, that God was with his chosen people when they hijacked those airplanes. These feelings have eroded my tolerance for the intolerant, making me just as bad as they are in some cases. I feel impotent that God can punish an entire group of innocent people just to get a message to those who have defied him. While it may not seem like such a big issue, my entire life outlook has been slightly shifted. It’s scary, knowing that God has turned his back. The first time he’d done so, we’d killed his son. This time there wasn’t a globe-shaking event. He made people in his image and gave them free will and intelligence to make their own way in life. He then simply turned away for what appears to be no reason at all, other than using our own God-given traits of reason and logic to the best of our ability.
